“Classic Tpumps. The atmosphere and layout of this location is a little stranger than most, but Tpumps was never known for having a 5-star atmosphere. You could use their ordering tablets, or you could order at the register. Unlike some places whose employees will completely ignore your presence and give you no other option but to order at the kiosk, the Tpumps employees invited us to order at the register. They have a wide variety of drinks and toppings, as well as games and seating inside. Lately green milk teas with boba have been my go to and they really have been giving me a caffeine boost and keeping me awake when I need it. So I got their Signature Alpine Green Milk Tea with boba, less sweet with less sugar. I really enjoyed it. The workers were very kind, quick, and friendly. Nice spot to hang out with friends, I also like how they post their top drinks on the menu and the walls. My friends got some other drinks that were also really good. Something with egg pudding and red bean. Parking is super easy since it’ located within a shopping plaza.“

“This is another Fremont location of Ume Tea, which is at Pacific Commons. The atmosphere is quite different compared to the one that’s near Newpark Mall. I actually didn’t really know about it until I walk past by it when I was getting coffee.

I really like how boba tea comes in few different sizes compared to other boba shops, which usually serves boba in taller cups. There’s not much plentiful of options here, but not every boba shop needs to have that.

The pandan waffle was kind of bland, but the ube cream is very delicious. The ube cream is more runny than I had imagined. Overall, a pleasant experience, but I wouldn’t get the same thing again. I was tempted to get the combo especially since adding a boba milk tea is only $1 for the combo, but i’m really glad I didn’t. The shop is takeout only and I had to walk my order back to the hotel. I think the waffle would have become soggy with the toppings by then. Also asking for a service tip for a takeout only shop with self order kiosks is… interesting.“

“It was great now it isn’t. I ordered here almost every day. I noticed significant degradation in quality. Avocado smoothie and the durian mango frost are now just ice that melt quickly into an unpleasant drink, barely no avocado, no durian. I love this store and hope they can fix this problem.

Edit: Ordered last Friday and the quality improved. 5 stars for the prompt response from the store.“
