“Probably the best tasting tea flavor and also great chewy boba and boba ratio, main ding is just the extra $1-2 dollars per drink than even the next very expensive boba brands (like Molly Tea and Hey Tea). For that price performance it’s hard to justify going to Chi Cha instead of the fleet (Ume, TP) of delicious boba places at a cheaper price point. If they knock a dollar off it would be a 5 star offering!“

“My favorite tea spot in the bay. If you want high quality tea freshly made from loose tea leaves full of aroma, this is the place for you. My favorite is their dragon well milk tea. I cannot go to other tea places after I have it. They don’t have the hypes like Heytea or Molly tea but their tea is way better in my opinion. Give it a try and you will be able to tell the difference!“

“I have tried the tea and it's one of the kind, price is so reasonable for a large size, you need to try when you are around the area, words can't describe until you have tasted the tea and judge for yourself.... highly recommended.“

“i love fantasia! ever since my childhood spot closed in Rivermark, I've been coming to the Cupertino location. the staff are helpful and the environment is very soothing and relaxing to study at. they use better ingredients than a lot of boba shops nowadays and still keeps a comfortable, clean cafe vibe. always choose Fantasia! I enjoy ordering the Thai tea with pearls with 25% sweetener and a little bit of black tea. Their fruit teas are also very good for a refreshing drink“
“Smoothie is great. I got their strawberry avocado smoothie and it was great. It taste like they use real fruit and the yogurt adds a nice tartness. It is not too sweet.
But it took an hour to make because there’s so many people in the store and they have so many orders. You can also order online. You don’t need to order at the kiosk in the store. So I would recommend ordering ahead of time and then picking up when your order is ready.
There’s also 99 ranch nearby so it’s nice to go there and do grocery shopping while waiting for your order.
Parking is a little limited. The a lot is small. But people move in and out quickly, so I managed to park. If not, there’s a 99 Ranch nearby with a bigger parking lot.“

“Tried TP Tea in Cupertino, and it definitely lives up to the hype. The tea itself is the highlight; you can taste the quality right away, not overly sweet, and the flavors feel well-balanced rather than artificial. I had their signature bubble milk tea, and the pearls were perfectly chewy, which is surprisingly hard to get right consistently.
What I appreciated most is that it doesn’t feel like a typical “sugary drink stop” — it’s closer to a proper tea experience. The space is simple and efficient, and the staff handled the rush smoothly when I visited.
If you care about the tea itself (not just toppings), this is a solid go-to in the area. (It’s better than what I had in Taiwan)“

“Ten Ren is hands-down my favorite boba spot in the Cupertino area, their tea tastes like tea and the flavors added are not too overwhelming. Staff are friendly and will happily help you with your order if you find there are any problems with your drink. Prices are not bad and they have one of the more generous rewards systems that I've seen. Always happy to come and support this store. I recommend their Honeydew GMT!“

“I’ve tried matcha spots all over the U.S. bc I travel a lot for work, and somehow I always end up comparing them to Izumi. Honestly, this is still my fave.
The drink I got was super creamy and almost gave matcha tiramisu vibes, but it wasn’t overly sweet or heavy. You could still taste the actual matcha, which I really appreciate because so many places cover it up with milk and sugar. This felt like the perfect mix of Japanese matcha and a fun California café drink.
Also, watching them make it, I could tell it wasn’t a quick or simple order. There were a few steps and layers, and the person making it took their time even though they were busy. Kinda felt bad for ordering something so extra lol, but it came out perfect, so thank you!
Cute spot, really good quality, and still one of the best matcha drinks I’ve had anywhere. Def worth the wait“

“The food was super good and came very fast. When me and my friend got thirsty we asked them if we could have a cup of water each and they dropped everything they were doing to help us get water. This place is super good and I want to come again!“

“Overall I think that this is a pretty good spot to chill and get work done. There is plenty of table space and outlets to plug into to keep your devices charged. I also liked the interior design with all of the furniture being relatively new and comfortable and everything felt pretty clean. Overall the atmosphere was nice to work it, but it was a little nosy. As for drinks, I thought that their milk tea and boba did not stand out. The texture of the boba felt a little flat, like it wasn't very qq. The taste of the milk tea also tasted a little off, I don't know quite how to put it but it seemed a little off. I liked the house coffe though.“

“Mochi Black Milk tea with Boba is my favorite. I have never seen any Boba tea with mochi. It’s so good. Their sticky rice and taro topping is good too. They have some snacks and I tried the spicy fried octopus which is crispy and not really spicy. The popcorn chicken is popular too. They also have bento boxes. One of my favorite tea shop around Bay Area. Love it!!!!“
