“I ordered an iced earl grey milk tea on DoorDash. I asked if substitute milk was available such as, oat milk. It wasn’t available but, no problem. I can’t have dairy but the lady was so sweet and waited for me to come in before she made my drink to make sure I was okay with their dairy free powder or tea alone (no milk). I ended up getting no milk at all. It was delicious I got the 100percent sweet. Not too sweet at all.“

“Classic Tpumps. The atmosphere and layout of this location is a little stranger than most, but Tpumps was never known for having a 5-star atmosphere. You could use their ordering tablets, or you could order at the register. Unlike some places whose employees will completely ignore your presence and give you no other option but to order at the kiosk, the Tpumps employees invited us to order at the register. Overall, 4/5.“

“I love the quality of the tea here because it’s strong and fragrant enough that you can actually taste it. Their taro is so good too. You can tell it’s freshly made with real taro rather than tasting artificial or filled with substitutes.

I’ve visited this location many times, and I especially love the Treasure Taro Milk Tea with pudding and taro. If you prefer something without tea, Moo! My Taro is also a hit. The chocolate waffle was surprisingly delicious too, slightly crispy on the outside and a little chewy inside. 🤤

The prices are also more affordable than at most other boba shops I’ve tried, especially considering the quality. Their Taiwan Classic Milk Tea includes three toppings but costs about the same as a regular milk tea without toppings at many other places.

The staff is always extremely friendly and efficient. I’ve waited much longer at other tea shops, but even when this location is busy, the team keeps everything moving and I’ve never had an excessively long wait. You can tell they prioritize the customer experience because every visit has been pleasant and easy.

“Pleasant find!!! Left is torched sugar boba tea and right is black assam milk tea with boba (small size for popcorn chicken combo).

Assam Tea is great! We got 25% sweet and the tea flavor tea comes out. The boba is black sugar based (not honey), and cooked perfectly.

Torched sugar boba milk tea has fixed sugar level. But surprisingly not too sweet. It's still a sweet drink but not overly sweet.

Popcorn chicken is decent with a cornmeal type of breading!

I'll come back to try other drinks!

“holy moly this is probably one of the best banana matchas i’ve ever had. the banana matcha cream is thick and has a strong, natural banana flavor. the matcha itself isn’t bitter and pairs well with the cream (the banana flavor is much more prominent and the matcha is less intense) i got 50% sweet and it’s quite sweet so go a bit lower if you prefer a more subtle sweet. overall for $8.50, recommend!!!“

“I own the iCode next door to insomnibar so I come here often. But today the employees had exceptional service (review worthy!). I ordered a drink by mistake bc I had forgotten what I ordered last time. The employees there offered me 2 samples to drink from to see if any of them resembled the drink I got the previous times. “Overall really good. Authentic boba tea, would definitely come again.

I got the Jasmine mango tea at 25% with boba. The boba was ultra soft. I really like that you could taste the tea but I think 25% was a little low because the Jasmine was pretty strong.. I would go up a % next time.

The menu had a lot of options, along with unique seasonal items.

“My husband and I keep coming back to this shop for their Hojicha and Matcha, and they honestly make some of the best we’ve had!
Everything tastes incredibly fresh, smooth, and perfectly balanced - not overly sweet, so you can really enjoy the natural flavor of the tea. The drinks actually remind us of what we had during our trips to Japan, which is probably the best compliment we can give.
They also taste very clean and light, without leaving us feeling heavy afterward. You can really tell they care about the quality of their ingredients.

Bought my tea, and was about to get into my car, but I dropped the cup. Drinks on the parking lot! The tea-maker near the door saw the accident, and offered to make another free of charge. I offered to pay, but he refused. It made my day!

Matcha einspanner with oat milk - $7.5 pretty good price for bay area.
Strawberry matcha einspanner - not overly syrupy sweet - had strawberry jam bottom
Iced Tiramisu latte - coffee was good (not extra strong or overly bitter)
Matcha cloud (matcha got lost in the coconut water) - i would say its pretty pricey for a matcha cloud - $9

I found the matcha slightly bitter. Distinctive aftertaste.

Getting regular sugar was recommended.
Less sugar would have brought out the proper matcha bitterness which would have been an overkill because i prefer mine smooth and silky with no bitter cuts.“
