“dr.ink is such a hidden gem in the heart of downtown san jose, literally right across from san pedro sqaure market! the staff were super welcoming and genuinely took the time to recommend drinks based on what we liked. they also explained how each drink is crafted and what their specialties are, which made the experience feel way more personal and fun.

“If you like Asian-style milk teas, boba, etc. this place is pretty good! My family and my brother’s family were at Home Depot across the street and wanted something to drink besides soda. Tpumps was across the street. There were sooo many flavors to choose from and the boba were prepared just right (not too firm or mushy). Good to know as I was visiting the area and past milk tea places I visited were just so-so. I’ll def go there again!“

“I eat at Huckleberry’s at least twice a month, today however my experience was not good to the point that I did not leave a tip and feel terrible about that. I went in around noon on Sunday, I knew it would be busy. I signed in for one and was told it would be a 10 minute wait. I sat there roughly 10 minutes. Two ladies came in signed in. Apparently they knew one of the waitress and were seated a few minutes later even though I was there before them. A waiter then approached the hostess and pointed at the clipboard, the hostess told him she was not going to seat one person in a booth. So I approached the hostess that initially signed me in and inquired why the two ladies were given a booth even though I was there before them, she didn’t know and looked for the waitress who sat them. The waitress proceeded to move them to a bigger booth to seat me. I was very disappointed. I realize it was not right to leave a tip but customers should not be given preferential treatment.“

“Everything about this place is amazing the ice cream is made from real fruits and the fruits salads are very good quantity and quality I give it 10/10 this place is better than michuacana place. Customer service is Excellent and everything in the menu is 10/10.“

“Yogurtland is a neighborhood dessert staple in Evergreen with good, classic frozen yogurt for a reasonable price. We’ve been going since our childhood and it has always been our go to froyo spot. Parking is convenient as there’s many spots outside and the interior is clean and sleek with friendly customer service. Like any froyo place this is self serve so you choose what you get.

The flavors are very good and they have a decent amount of diversity in them but don’t have a classic chocolate which is a bit of a hold back. They do have cookies and cream which works in a pinch but just isn’t the same. They rotate flavors in and out so always make sure to keep an eye out on their selection. Once you pour out your yogurt they also have toppings like brownie bites, Oreo crumble, condensed milk, and so on which allow for even more flavor. By the end of everything we had some stacked and delicious froyo and at a reasonable price, which can’t be beat. If you live in the Evergreen area and haven’t been here yet we absolutely suggest you come at first chance, you won’t regret it.“

“i was craving a torta and decided to give this local eat a chance. i got 4 pan dulces, 2 drinks and 2 tortas all for 38$. the service was very fast and the tortas were very delicious. they truly don't skimp out on anything. def worth trying“

I ordered the honeydew with boba—the nuoc mia itself came out a crisp, grassy-sweet green, cold and not overly syrupy, with the boba offering a soft, chewy bite.

Prices went up but still reasonable. The narrow space has a few high-top tables by the window, but most foot traffic grabs plastic cups to go under the bright fluorescent lights.“

Everything about it is just right and even big enough to share but why would you want to even do that? The difference between this version of Bill of fare as opposed to the other owners is the size of the restaurant as well as no one rushing you to leave! “Came for the water, stayed for the people. Leilani, John, and Carmen are so great to talk to and the Aloha they bring.

You can buy the water by the gallon, bring your own bottle. Or, sign up for a 100 or 200 gallon account. They know their regulars by name as you walk in.

They also offer a variety of drinks and cold items. The shave ice is classic and you can add the Hawaiian style with red beans and condensed milk if you'd like. But, I am very partial to their Halo-Halo, a Filipino dessert/merienda. It has all the jellies, beans, Ube halaya, and ice cream you'd want.“

We hosted a party bus for our gym families for christmas and our first stop was this cafe, due to the amount of people we had, the cafe kindly closed for us for an hour and we were so grateful!, considering we had many toddlers and children. “My wife and I were once just basic milk tea drinkers. We had our standard spot that we used to go to for years. We had friends that used to tell us about getting milk tea with “cheese” in it and we said “that sounds gross”. So one of our friends eventually dragged my wife to Happy Lemon and made her try the milk tea with salted cheese and….our taste buds will never be the same again.

I have now been to this Happy Lemon on multiple occasions. Parking has never been an issue. The people that take the drink orders, and serve the drinks have been consistently nice. The wait time for the drinks have been consistent with other tea places we have been.

My wife and I are now hooked on the Milk Tea with Salted Cheese and Boba Milk Tea with Cream Puff. I even bought some of the Salted Cheese ice cream for our daughters to try. They immediately tasted the cheese flavor and thought it was “yucky”. I was very happy to hear that and I sat back and enjoyed every spoonful.“

“No complaints here! An unassuming little shop tucked away in a busy plaza. The staff here are friendly and quick. You can hear them juicing the sugarcane as you order. Very fresh and good quality nuoc mia (sugarcane juice).I also tried the pate chaud, which were $1.15 each. These were tasty! Very crispy puff pastry with a good amount of meat. The flavor is quite peppery and savory. I recommend!! They also accept Apple Pay :)“

Bought my tea, and was about to get into my car, but I dropped the cup. Drinks on the parking lot! The tea-maker near the door saw the accident, and offered to make another free of charge. I offered to pay, but he refused. It made my day!

“IMO Macu Tea is so underrated! I love the avocado smoothie they have here and that additional touch of tea jelly and mango chunks in the drink makes it so unique and tasty!
