Able to complete work and catch a good caffeine buzz. The selection of pastry/ breads looked nice, but I was waiting for Empanadas at the spot close by. I highly recommend. It is right across from the convention hotel. Way better coffee than what the hotels offer and basically the same price. Staff was friendly and the manager was ensuring the shop was tidy and clean. I really enjoyed this shop.“

“This place had all the vibes of the perfect donut shop, from the delicious donuts to the lovely atmosphere. Stopped by on break to grab an apple fritter, which was excellent, and the jelly filled options are also excellent. The shop owners were kind and inviting, and I highly recommend everyone stop by to try out their selection. (note: they are cash only, but there is an ATM on site)

Parking: Parking in San Francisco is either super easy or impossible, depending on how lucky you are.

“Phenomenal place to grab a drink and go but not good to stay and enjoy it.

The drinks are both delicious and original. I haven't had a bad item yet. The staff are also incredibly friendly. The only downside is the seating. There is very little and almost all of what they have is uncomfortable to sit in for anything longer than waiting for your order. I'd highly recommend this place for take out but not if you want to work or catch up with a friend.“

Only bad thing is selfish people sitting and putting their backpacks or purse in another chair even though they seem to be expecting no company. Having meetings and using the whole table to spread their stuff. Hey, also bring and plug your printer if you want. I would like them to add more tables for larger groups like families with kids.“

The portuguese cheese and prosciutto sandwich was good but next time will not get it toasted as the cold cheese itself is wonderful! the Pasteis di nata are the best littleegg tarts as I found them to be a bit dry, but then again get another coffee! Owner was so friendly and the place adequate for being an older establishmen.“

“I stopped going to Starbucks for over 2 years because service was always bad and honestly the ingredients in their drinks are so bad but I started going to this location with a friend and getting simple drinks again. This location has never failed, they’re always nice especially Lori! She always has a smile and is so nice and helpful when you have questions or want recommendations. They are quick to fix mistakes and the drinks have always been consistent here for me. It can get crowded since it’s a smaller Starbucks but it usually clean so that’s good. I would recommend this location if you’re wanting Starbucks and are in the area!“

“I’ve passed by this tea shop many times because it’s located right next to both a middle school and a high school. My child often comes here with friends after school, so I’ve done countless drop-offs and pick-ups—but this was actually my first time coming inside and dining here.
I met a rather picky friend here on short notice since it was the most convenient place nearby. I was honestly a bit worried about what she would think, but as soon as we walked in, she immediately noticed and complimented the interior. It’s simple, but very clean and well-kept.
We both ordered coffee (different flavors), and we were pleasantly surprised by how good they were—rich, aromatic, and genuinely impressive. The menu also offers a wide variety of teas, snacks, and food options.
It seemed like there was only one person managing the shop, and they have a bell you can ring if no one is at the counter. Despite that, the service was excellent. My friend found her drink a bit strong and asked for extra ice, which was handled quickly. When we were leaving, we asked if they could reseal the cup, and they thoughtfully replaced it with a new one and sealed it again.
The service really stood out—truly a 10/10 experience—and it honestly made me feel proud for choosing this place to meet my friend. The fried snacks also looked very tempting, and I’ll definitely be coming back more often.

“Genuinely a great spot for Mexican breakfast and definitely belongs among the better brunch options in the area. Their chilaquiles are distinctive, and we tried a few different variations. The verde was a little dry and needed more salsa and flavor, but the California chilaquiles more than made up for it! They combine red and green salsa and were easily the best and most unique version we tried. Adding protein can make the meal fairly expensive compared with other spots, and wait times are long during peak hours, but it’s still worth trying. Mix Huevos feels like a place where the food speaks for itself rather than relying heavily on hype or marketing.“

“Casa Guzmania has the most delicious food. Such nice comfort food I could eat every day of the week. What's more impressive is that they helped me with a recent catering order and it went off perfectly. Price was very reasonable (and far less than any other place), service was excellent, presentation was beautiful with every order enclosed in a very nice box with one savory and one sweet empanada and an absolutely delicious salad with delicious sliced apples, assorted greens, cranberries and pepitas --super refreshing and a wonderful balance with the savory empanada. Everyone was raving about it and how delicious everything was and co-workers asked for the contact information to use for their catering needs. They have wonderful vegetarian options and all are excellent and I have to say the Mushroom and Cheese empanada is heavenly. I can't recommend them enough if you want an absolutely delicious meal at a very good price. You will not be disappointed at all. I love this place.“

We hosted a party bus for our gym families for christmas and our first stop was this cafe, due to the amount of people we had, the cafe kindly closed for us for an hour and we were so grateful!, considering we had many toddlers and children. They loved the giant Abuelita hot cocoa and the giant Gingerbread. It was the perfect treat! Clean restrooms, beautiful space, great service & good coffee!“
