“Amazing neighborhood cafe. It's cozy, unassuming and well situated in a cute Plaza in midtown Palo Alto. The breakfast items are all delicious and well prepared, they roast their beans in house in a corner of the cafe and you may get lucky to be there while they do it, great aroma and a nice touch.

The place is run by a wonderful couple, they welcome their usual guests by name and treat the newcomers with much warmth and happiness. It is my happy place to go to go to start my day.“

“I attended a Chemex Kenz coffee tasting and love their Hambala. Their love and passion for coffee translates in the quality of their beans. I’m glad I can also enjoy their brew at Sue’s Cafe in Downtown Saratoga.“

“Philz coffee is always great and the staff is generally kind but a few employees could work on being a tad bit more friendly. There’s a good amount of seating but it’s set up in a way where it seems they don’t want you to stay a super long time. I’ll definitely continue to come here I just wish it was a little more inviting overall.“

“The cardamom knots are awesome! I think maybe most people don’t know what they are so maybe they don’t sell as well. Call them like “Swedish Cardamon Knots” and I’m sure they’ll fly. The burnt honey latte is great too.“

“They are on Too Good to Go, and I won a bag. I got a duck salad and pastries. I looked at the salad and I was not sure about tiny pieces of bright tomatoes with fatty slices of dark duck meat, feta and chunks of dried figs and I can’t remember all the ingredients but I ate it with Spanish olive oil and organic balsamic vinegar. It was good. I think the tiny triangle cuts out of the edges of tomato slices were well-thought-out because they were bright and flavorful over the earthy cheese, meat and figs. The duck was more of a charcuterie taste. I thought the fat would be wet, but it was dried or smoked or something. It had a flavor similar to a charcuterie chorizo without the spices. The pastry was a cinnamon spiral executed in the French style of layered extra-thin pastry dough. Crispiest crunch outside and chewiest on the inside.“

“I tried the breakfast sandwich and it's on focaccia bread! Its soooo good it changed my idea of a sandwich. The staff is so helpful and kind and really pushed to make me feel welcomed which was great since I was dizzy from a blood draw. Being there definitely felt like a nice break in the day.“

“Our concert got cancelled but we still needed some food when we got back to the hotel. I had an awesome roast beef and blue cheese sandwich.The chicken dinner with pasta salad and grilled beets met my wife’s palate perfectly.The sunrise smoothie and Brussel sprouts were awesome too. We need a Whole Foods in Modesto.“

“Aunt Tea Jenny is a lovely spot with a cozy atmosphere and a great selection of teas. The drinks were fresh, flavorful, and prepared well. The staff were friendly, and the service was quick. A nice place to relax and enjoy a good cup of tea!“

“My sister and I had lunch on July 28, 2025. The French fries are absolutely the best. Crisp with rosemary scattered on top. Two Ceasar salads, one with chicken and one with wild Pacific prawns. My sister said the chicken was cooked perfectly and had good flavor. The problem was with the salads. The dressing on the salad had no flavor at all. Who ever made must have forgotten the flavor ingredients. My prawns were cooked perfectly but no seasoning, just no flavor. Not sure what happened yesterday but just no taste and no seasoning of the dressing and prawns.“

“Really great place to sit down and work. Not really quite but most people are using their headsets anyway. Food is pretty good and I agree with some others that the staff could be a bit friendlier.
I didn't need it, but having some tables with power supply would be great.
Anyhow, this place got marked as my future workplace favorite.“

“This is my first time to order coffee, i purchased dark roast coffee bean and asked to grounded. Brandon has an outstanding service, with gestures his manners smiles and very polite. He also brings the grounded coffee to the chair when i was waiting for. Even though coffee is a little expensive, hopefully I’m satisfied with coffee as I am satisfied with Brandon’s customer service.

“This is a Starbucks placed in the middle of the hospital. I hide out there until my husband is done with his treatment. I actually got a grande latte for four bucks. It's probably my favorite place to be on those days. Nice people...quiet surroundings. It doesn't get better than that

“4.5/5 overall! The Boba is so yumm here. Tastes different than the typical honey boba elsewhere. Their hot tea is nicely frothed instead of just microwaved in other tea shops. We love seeing their machine making boba.
One feedback: The toilet is often dirty or have no toilet paper. Something they need to visit every 2-4 hours to keep it clean and stocked. The owner is very sweet and attentive. ,decent cafe to hangout while sipping delicious tea, definitely recommended!“

“This is definitely my favorite Starbucks in Palo Alto. I come here pretty often throughout the week to do homework, get work done, or just hang out for a little while. I really enjoy the lighting, the atmosphere, and the overall vibe of the place.

The morning crew is especially great. Valeria and Emilio always bring really good energy, and it’s always fun getting to have conversations with them. What I appreciate most is that it’s not just with me either. They make an effort to have positive interactions with everyone who comes in and make the place feel welcoming.

Valeria is probably my favorite out of the whole staff. From my understanding, she’s been here for a long time, and you can definitely tell from the way she connects with customers. She always knows how to put a smile on people’s faces and keeps the energy positive.

Great service, great people, and a great environment overall. I really appreciate everyone who works here, and I definitely see myself continuing to come back for years to come.“

“I’ve gone to this Rabbit Rabbit for the past year and a half, and it’s a hit or miss. The strawberry & Guava drink were watery first time I got them, so I avoided ordering them again, but the mango ones have tasted great in my experience.

A few days after I tried the Guava, my friend was curious and ordered the same drink, and it tasted delicious. It’s likely more on the barista instead of the ingredients creating this inconsistency (though I have noticed the change), but it does taste GOOD when it hits.

As many might’ve written, there’s no space here to sit. Just order, wait either outside or in the only two chairs, and leave to keep walking around.

Ive had worse boba compared to this, but I will admit my disappointment rises when my drink comes watery. Unless you are paying at the register, there’s no talking to any staff, for those who prefer contactless pay :)“
