“I attended a Chemex Kenz coffee tasting and love their Hambala. Their love and passion for coffee translates in the quality of their beans. I’m glad I can also enjoy their brew at Sue’s Cafe in Downtown Saratoga.“

“Ada’s is the best place for delicious food, friendly service and a real sense of community. On top of all that, it believes everyone can have meaningful employment and trains and offers wonderful work under the kind and generous care of founder Kathleen. It’s a community GEM!!“

“The coffee was good and so were their mochi cakes. My only complaint is that all the seatings were taken by people with laptops working and they look like they’ve been there all day. There was no space for regular patrons to just sit and enjoy their coffee. I’d probably wouldn’t come back for the atmosphere.“

“They are on Too Good to Go, and I won a bag. I got a duck salad and pastries. I looked at the salad and I was not sure about tiny pieces of bright tomatoes with fatty slices of dark duck meat, feta and chunks of dried figs and I can’t remember all the ingredients but I ate it with Spanish olive oil and organic balsamic vinegar. It was good. I think the tiny triangle cuts out of the edges of tomato slices were well-thought-out because they were bright and flavorful over the earthy cheese, meat and figs. The duck was more of a charcuterie taste. I thought the fat would be wet, but it was dried or smoked or something. It had a flavor similar to a charcuterie chorizo without the spices. The pastry was a cinnamon spiral executed in the French style of layered extra-thin pastry dough. Crispiest crunch outside and chewiest on the inside.“

“My favorite place. I grew up in Palo Alto and Peet’s was the local high end coffee to grind and serve via French press. Philz pour over coffee is sublime, hot, comforting and the staff are always wonderful. While many folks order online, I prefer to do so in person and usually have a short wait to receive my coffee. ☕️“

“Coupa Cafe on Ramona Street in Palo Alto is a Venezuelan-inspired spot known for strong espresso in a cozy, always-buzzing setting.
It’s a de facto Silicon Valley living room where founders, VCs, and Stanford folks linger over laptops, coffee, and endless conversations
I however, get it door dashed in the morning for my first sip of the day
excellent coffee ☕️“

“Stanford Childrens' and a broken leg, CAN ONLY be better by a visit to Tootsies Barn on Welch Road, what a treat! Everything there is perfection, from the foamy strong creamy coffee, to the quality and fresh food, to the happiness of a child in pain, enjoying a sugar coated, soft fresh Bomboloni after a medical appointment at LPCH - Please, stop by and enjoy the happiness on your child's face! WORTH IT, Thanks Tootsies Barn, you are an amazing delicious treat!“
“My sister and I had lunch on July 28, 2025. The French fries are absolutely the best. Crisp with rosemary scattered on top. Two Ceasar salads, one with chicken and one with wild Pacific prawns. My sister said the chicken was cooked perfectly and had good flavor. The problem was with the salads. The dressing on the salad had no flavor at all. Who ever made must have forgotten the flavor ingredients. My prawns were cooked perfectly but no seasoning, just no flavor. Not sure what happened yesterday but just no taste and no seasoning of the dressing and prawns.“
“I love this Starbucks! It is close to my child's school, so I am here often. The baristas are wonderful, very friendly and they know me by name.“

“Amazing neighborhood cafe. It's cozy, unassuming and well situated in a cute Plaza in midtown Palo Alto. The breakfast items are all delicious and well prepared, they roast their beans in house in a corner of the cafe and you may get lucky to be there while they do it, great aroma and a nice touch.
The place is run by a wonderful couple, they welcome their usual guests by name and treat the newcomers with much warmth and happiness. It is my happy place to go to go to start my day.“
