“A coffee roaster and cafe located in California, USA. It started in San Francisco in 2013, and as the city is named after Saint Francis, the coffee house is also named that way. Like St. Francis, they form a network with small coffee farms around them and work together to achieve mutual benefit. It's a branch located at the Menlo Park Caltrain station, but from a distance it looks like just a counter, so you wouldn't even know it was a coffee shop. When you get close, you can smell the fragrant coffee. Feels like Blue Bottle coffee with a mild sour taste. The neighborhood itself is quiet and there's a train station in front, so it's a great place to have a quiet coffee.Review on January 26, 2024A cafe located in Menlo Park, California. This is a branch of St. Frank, a roastery in San Francisco. Menlo Park is a city bordering Palo Alto (Stanford) and has a similar quiet and safe atmosphere. Mountain View, adjacent to the south, has an urban feel, while this place has a California feel.Where would you like to get coffee near Stanford, including Palo Alto, Mountain View, and Menlo Park? This is the first place that comes to mind. It's not a fancy place, located in a container in the parking lot behind Mentor Park Caltrain Station, but the coffee tastes amazing, and the atmosphere is great as you watch the Caltrain pass by. Of course, since there are only outdoor tables, sunglasses are a must.St. Frank Roastery has several of its own stores, but also supplies products to other cafes. San Francisco's favorite cafe, Coffee Movement, also uses coffee beans from here.It seems like it was just yesterday that I was riding my bike every day and drinking a glass of Flat White during the pandemic, but time flies so quickly.“

Andytown Coffee Roasters Coffee Shops •

“Menlo Park is a really up and coming strip of restaurants and cafes south of SF. Andytown is a coffee roaster from SF that opened up in Menlo Park. It’s a really nicely designed space, with an elaborate ceiling crafted with curved wood beams and lights. The coffee is solid. I tried their house special “The Original Bird”, which has espresso on ice, soda water, topped with a house made whipped cream. It’s cool and refreshing, just enough sweetness. I also tried some of their “Wind & Sea Blend” drip coffee, which is pretty good for a drip stored in a big container. They don’t have pour over which was a mild surprise.I also tried their breakfast sandwich, which is thick toasted bread with ham, bacon, and an egg with runny yolk. It’s a bit oily and messy, but overall another solid menu item.Indoors, they have a communal table with 4 stools and a curved bench for around 4-6 indoors and another 4 tables or so outside. When it gets busy there would probably not be anywhere to sit. It’s a nice spot, always great to find another quality coffee roaster with a store front.“

“The owner runs a great business and the staff is wonderful. Thank you.I double checked and you are correct. I have the wrong location. It’s the new store front under construction at the corner on the left side of the arch. I was upset and didn’t clarify I had the right business. A mistake I hope I can rectify with a new 5 star review“

“I was looking for a quick breakfast to pair with my coffee that I picked up next door and stumbled upon Woodside Bakery & Cafe. This cute little shop offers a variety of baked goods, foods, and drinks. There are plenty of seats indoors and outdoors for customers to relax and enjoy their goodies. The man behind the counter was very nice and offered assistance if I needed anything. After looking around at the options, I decided to get the gluten free blueberry muffin. It was really good and moist, the perfect little breakfast I needed in that moment. I'll definitely be back when I'm around the area again and support this little small business.“

“This is my second time coming to this place and I really like the atmosphere, it's very good, it's not the largest Starbucks I've been to but this one is on average very good, the parking lot is spacious, it just doesn't have a drive thru The service they give you is very good, the people are friendly and have a good vibe, the drinks are delicious, oh and they also speak Spanish.“

California Kahve Coffee Shops •

“Great coffee and pastries! Plenty of lovely outdoor seating available too. Since it's located inside the Park James hotel, parking is a little tricky but there's plenty of street parking right behind the hotel at the intersection of San Antonio Street and Glenwood Avenue. Suggested areas for improvement: - No signage for the cafe when you enter the hotel lobby - Menu board placement. Can't see the drinks menu when you're ordering and paper menus at the register only had the food menu - $10 for a croissant (whether plain or flavored) is a little steep. Don't get me wrong, my almond croissant was freakin delicious, but I only got it cuz I was treating myself“

“As someone who embraces the flexibility of remote work and is currently enriching my skills through a business English class, finding the ideal spot to blend productivity with comfort is crucial. My quest led me to this coffee place, a place that not only caters to my professional needs but also creates an enriching environment for my 12-year-old daughter, who studies homeschool. She thrives amidst the vibrant energy of nerds, entrepreneurs, and fellow students, making it a perfect setting for both of us.This coffeebar is a gem that stands out for its exceptional ambiance. The coffees are superb, each sip delivering the rich, nuanced flavors that only the finest beans can provide. The snacks are just as delightful, offering the perfect complement to any beverage choice. The music is thoughtfully selected to enhance the atmosphere, creating a background that's conducive to focus and relaxation.“

“You can’t go wrong with Starbucks, and this store is no exception. Exactly what you would expect from any other Starbucks location. One thing I would warn you about though is that the local middle school seems to get out around 3, so expect their to be quite a long wait for your order if you plan to go at this time! That and middle school kids roaming around with their friends. Most of the time, this isn’t a big deal, and it’s just good ol’ Starbucks.“

“I just love Mr. Green Bubble, and the Menlo Park location did not disappoint this past Sunday. The strawberry smoothie had the perfect consistency, sweet and creamy, and not too thick, just delightful. But they offer so much more than delicious fruit flavored smoothies. The genmeicha tea was satisfying, the popcorn chicken had great spice and was served hot and crispy, the oreo egg puff and chocolate egg puff were freshly made and had a nice chocolatey muffin-like texture inside (though I prefer the mochi waffles a little more). Ordering at the self-order kiosk was easy, drinks were ready in less than 5 minutes, and the food took about 15 minutes. Employee interaction was almost nonexistent and unnecessary, and we enjoyed our treats in an inviting indoor space decorated with lovely green artwork.“
