“1st time here and ordered the coconut milk tea, and it was pretty good. The tea here is aromatic just how I like my tea. Will come back next time to try their other drinks.
Inside is smaller than most milk tea places, and it was crowded when I went
Parking: Parking was a bit difficult to find. Took me 10-15 minutes to find street parking“

“I've wishwashed on making a review because I low-key wanted to gatekeep but I also want them to survive so here we go.
Since their opening, I've come to this place about 6x. It's the only local coffee shop within walking distance of my place and their drinks are so so good.
808 Drip
- Open early at 7:30 am, I've been grabbing coffee for myself, my coworkers in Burlingame, and driving them to my friends in Milpitas. Their drinks, for me, is in the vein of the asian "not too sweet" which, I think, is the highest compliment of them all.
[Honey Lavender Latte] My coworker says this is better than the honey lavender latte at Caffe Central. I'm not usually down for floral but I did enjoy the taste of it
[Coconut Brown Sugar Latte] I don't even like coconut but the coconut cream top so made this drink
[Black Sesame Latte] Not too sweet but very black sesame, this is a must for black sesame lovers
[Original Matcha] Add the vanilla cream top to this and it's one of the sweetest actually matcha tasting matcha I've had in the area
[Strawberry/Mango Matcha Latte] Boba Guys strawberry matcha latte used to be my ultimate favourite, this one has surpassed them for me
[Yuzu Matcha Tea Refresher] Something light and refreshing, it was still good on day 2
If you couldn't tell, I literally went through their entire drink menu. You really can't go wrong with any of them
Roost & Roast
- Open just a tad bit later than 808 Drip, I'm literally obsessed with their roti and their Hat Yai Chicken. The sauce is so good and honestly I always want more than just one container.
To finish this off, the owners and the workers are so nice and always check in to make sure I'm doing alright and have enough of everything if I'm ordering takeout. When I make additional notes for the drink (like no ice so I can take it to Burlingame without it being watered down) they always make sure to keep note of it.
The place is super airy, clean, with plenty of seats to sit down to eat or work. As this location is at the end of an intersection, you may be wondering where you need to park. There is parking right behind the establishment so no need to hunt for it too much.
As this is a food hall, I still need to make my way to Srasa, Revival State Burgers, and Hangry Sons but I'm sure they're just as great as 808 Drip and Roost & Roast.“

“Moomoo Tea has a great vibe with a playable claw game where you can win stuffed animals! The ambiance is nice, the service is decent, but the food is average depending on the drink. I got the Uji Matcha Brulee with boba and the mango sago main drink. The uji matcha brulee tasted old as the boba wasn’t very chewy and was hard. The drink itself was just insanely filling and really sweet even though I put less sugar for my option. There was barely any matcha and Creme brulee flavor too which made me unhappy. On the other hand the mango sago drink saved my order because it tasted incredibly fresh and was the perfect level of sweetness at 50%. The grapefruit and mango were both sweet and there were plenty of both fruits. The sago itself was also abundant and provided the perfect texture with the sweet mango milk. The packaging was also reusable and it was very cute! I suggest getting less ice, less sugar, and pineapple jelly as a topping because my drink became a whole lot fresher and tastier! The price was quite large for both the drinks but the for the mango sago I would say the price was worth it. I would not recommend Moomoo Tea just because of the amount of better alternatives for boba there are in the Bay Area, but the mango sago was definitely a unique drink you should try if you are in the area!“

“Delicious banh mi, with mayo that seemed homemade and fresh pickled veggies! ☺️ They have vegetarian banh mi too (and it might even be vegan if you leave out the mayo).

“The service is fast and the staff is very nice, very friendly. They have plenty of non coffee options, and different kinds of food. Even the little kids can find something they like here. They could use a few more chairs for their outdoor seating.“
“I got a latte which was okay. I also got an egg sandwich because I missed the ones I got in Japan.... It was just okay. If the authentic ones are a 10/10, these would be a 5.5/10. Edible, but wouldn't pay my own money to get again.
Prices are also super steep. I think they know their main patrons are paying on big tech company credit cards.“

“I find this location to be busy from 7:45AM-9:45AM Monday-Friday. Wednesday morning the school kids pack the place from 8AM till 9AM because they have a "late start day". I now arrive at 7:30 and am able to skip the rush.“

“I came to this Paris Baquette in Sunnyvale after my mother told me that she came to this particular location with her church friends on Sundays. The cream puff she had me try was very savory and perfectly creamy and just the right sweetness. I go to the one in the old Galleria Plaza all this time, but this location tops it. The noice doesn’t resound here and all the pastries are in individual bags or kept in the display racks with the sliding doors. In other locations their pastries are open to germs since the pastries are just there without a sliding doors to keep their pastries from peoples coughs and other airborne free radicals in the air. The vibes of the place is perfect for my likings with clean, appealing set ups. I will drive here from now on even though it’s about 5 minutes further drive. Thank you for the wonderful bakery ! :)“

“Tea Pastel Lounge impresses with its spacious, lounge-like setup, plenty of seating, and stylish decor that's perfect for social media. There's ample parking, which makes it super convenient. The milk tea was rich and creamy, though the lemonade was a bit bland. Still, it's a great spot for hanging out or capturing a good vibe on your feed.“

“My first time here, but the pineapple oolong tea was on par with Yi Fang's. Highly recommend :)My only gripe is that I ordered a drink with no ice and it came slightly warm. I was expecting it to be chilled still, but I think next time I'll just get less ice“

“Visit: September 2024
Loved the atmosphere of the cafe and the variety of desserts. The walnuts were really cute and aesthetic, but a bit too sweet for my states. We got the walnut parties with red bean. Also got a mango bingsoo, which was good, but I wished it was a bit bigger, and I didnt like the mochi pieces too much, as they were just like sugar bombs
Parking: Lots of parking available“

“It's family owned and operated by friendly caring people. One day I asked if they had a specific flavor syrup Kenny said "No but I'll order it." Three days later I was sipping on a Jumping Monkey (Banana mocha ×3shots espresso). I love this place!“
