Good green tea (did not try their milk tea). Nice decor. Friendly staff. Lots of indoor seating. Adequate parking.

I wish I had known the milk is dairy-free sooner. Boba is always perfect.. but they tend to be sweet. I order it less sweet. Service is always friendly and fast.
