Worst experience. No non-caffeinated options. The pretty in pink had jasmine tea which I hate but isn’t mentioned in the menu. The server pretended not to understand when I asked for WiFi.

? Warning about online order +pickup. Was told that my drink was sold out when I arrived. This option shouldn’t have been available online. should’ve been called or at least messaged about a replacement like they’ve done in the very beginning of business. Instead Staff was extremely Rude when I let them know what my other option was in store and she let me know I had to wait in line to place my order. It was packed on a Saturday evening after 10pm. Staff lied and said they called…no call. I was not going to wait another 30+mins for my drink. A replacement should’ve been made before I arrived. After being told I had to wait in line to replace my sold out drink, I asked for a refund, she said it should hopefully show up within 5 business days. Business has gone downhill. Beyond disappointed and was looking forward to the boba drinks here tonight

What a disappointment, my drink was overly sweet couldn’t be modified) payed for boba and didnt get it. The place is definitely not family friendly, music sooooo loud… avoid if you have little ones. Definitely crossing out this place for boba, and not to say payed almost 9 dollar for it… ?

The tea here is some of the best tea I’ve had but that’s the only reason that this is a 3 star review rather than a two star review. The interior looks like as another reviewer put it: A strip club. I don’t really care about the looks of places though, I care about the quality of whatever their serving and they got that done well. The tea, very good. The boba quantity: abysmal. Pekoe if you see this, put more than oneboba in your tea. Service was okay nothin special.Too long: didn’t read:Okay bubble tea that needs more bobaPlace looks like a strip clubService was decentAlso never get the split cupVegetarian options: Bubble tea is already vegetarian. Vegan people: just skip out on the milk teas and certain add ons

Split cups are awesome but a little more expensive. Their Kawaii with 50% sugar and less ice is so refreshing and delicious. I funny know why the Foxy Brown is award winning... It didn't seem any better than all the other milk teas out there. But full sugar was too sweet. The next level down is 50% which is not sweet enough. They need to have a 75% sweetness level.

Used to be my go to boba tea place but noticed recently that they’ve reduced their boba pearls quantity in their teas :(

One of my favorite boba spots. Always friendly. The quality of ingredients is almost always on point. A lot of places make the boba too mushy and slimy.. but they do pretty good here. Pretty in Pink is my favorite drink. I really love their variety of toppings, especially fresh fruits.

I stopped by on the 23rd of December. It was in the afternoon around 4PM and the place, which I never noticed before, is interesting. I would describe it as a "disco-looking boba-parlor". They serve a variety of 34 different drinks divided in 3 categories: milk-tea based, fruit-based and not-tea based (naughty, haha). I tried a Kawaii drink which has a very sweet and fruity flavor, dominated by passion fruit and it includes mango solid stars that you can chew. It was quite nice. Drinks cost between $6.5-7.5. I like the place and this is where I would have to meet girls when I was in high school. The only thing is the music: it's way too loud and in an unnecessary way. A large screen projects the music they are playing, mostly oriented towards youngsters (nothing particularly classy). The ambient is pink and cute but it's kinda like being in a club. The lady at the counter was Nimu. She was polite and did her job well.

Although it was late Sunday evening, some tables were already occupied. One wall is filled with a huge screen playing K-pop music videos, with seating on both sides of the cafe. We ordered the Cuppa Vo (Vietnamese Coffee normally with Custard, but they ran out of custard) and Split Cup with Pretty In Pink and Kawaii. Cuppa Vo was really strong, and Kawaii would have been better if it was less sweet (I forgot to ask if they could adjust the sugar level). My favorite was Pretty In Pink, which tasted like strawberry milk. Prices are standard for boba shops in the Bay Area, as was their service.

Visited Pekoe for the first time on a Thursday night after dinner. Loved the vibes, as it was packed with people enjoying boba, and decorated with beautiful lights and great music playing.Despite how busy it was, I was able to order quickly and the drinks came out pretty quickly as well. I ordered two drinks, one for me and one for a friend:- Black Dragon: Roasted formosa oolong tea and pekoe milk cream. Topped with black grass jelly. (This was for my friend.)- Foxy Brown: Award winning black assam milk tea infused with organic golden, brown, demerara and turbinado sugars. Complimented with honey black pearls. (This was for me.)As a huge fan of black assam milk tea, I really enjoyed the Foxy Brown and would recommend it. As a fan of oolong tea, my friend also really enjoyed the Black Dragon. Great first experience and looking forward to returning soon to try other drinks here!

I tried the pekoe special with crystal boba instead of black boba. It was so good! And they are so nice here. Great service.
