The barista messed up my order thrice despite very clear options selection via the app. I ordered the protein matcha. First time they gave me the smallest size instead of venti, then they put in ice despite my option selected for no ice. The last time they sounded rude and put in very little matcha instead of default 4 scoops. I frequently get this order from multiple places and they always get it right. Had a bad experience here.
The team member Elizabeth was there to help me and my 2 kiddos , she was very friendly and happy to help ! One thing I appreciated most was her attentiveness to my kids drinks she asked if I wanted kids temp and no one has asked me that so it was a nice touch to great service! I got a iced strawberry matcha drink and it was very good ! Just wanted to write a good review because it’s not that often that someone actually enjoys what they do and give such good customer service...read full review
