“Ume Tea is hands down one of my favorite spots! The drinks are always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet, just right. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. The menu has a great variety, so there’s always something new to try, and everything I’ve had so far has been amazing.

The staff are super friendly and efficient, even when it’s busy, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. It’s the kind of place you keep coming back to, whether you’re craving a classic milk tea or something more unique.

“I was visiting the Great Mall in Milpitas today and found this neat coffee kiosk in the mall. I ordered a Nu-Brew Cold Brew Coffee which is Cold Brew with milk and Nutella. This was absolutely amazing. Great mix of flavor with the coffee. They have a very interesting menu of which I want to try some of the other iced coffees. Definitely going to be back.“

“Stopped by during a neighborhood walk because my nephew was craving donut holes. I saw that they had ube donuts and vanilla custard filled donut holes (my favorite) as well. We ordered 2 ube donuts, 4 custard filled donut holes, and a dozen glazed donut holes for only $9.40! Plus, to our delight, when we got home we realized that they threw in a couple extra donut holes so we got a total of 15! ?The ube donut had a nice slight crunch to the exterior and the inside was really moist and tasty. You could taste the ube!I put the custard donut hole in the microwave for 10 seconds and it was amazing, yum!Fresh, tasty donuts with great service and amazing prices!“

Every time I've interacted with Lisa, she greets me with a genuine smile and provides outstanding customer service.

On one visit, another employee accidentally got my order wrong, and Lisa handled the situation with such professionalism, kindness, and grace that it completely changed my experience. Instead of leaving frustrated, I left impressed. I even went to Trader Joes & bought her a small plant.

I'm not a regular Starbucks customer, and sometimes it takes me a little longer to decide what I want & Lisa has never made me feel rushed or judged. Her patience, positive attitude, and welcoming personality are exactly why I keep coming back.

“Overall great tasting coffee, best as an occasional weekend treat and to go order. Too expensive, too much ice and not enough seating to warrant much more than that.

After 4 visits I find myself returning to their popular marble drip coffee. My family likes the matcha, egg cream coffee and ice teas. The drinks are well made, prepared quickly even during busy times making it well worth the visit.

My advice is to order drinks with less ice, and less sweet as they tend to overdo it. Be warned less ice still gets you an entire half cup of ice! If you pay extra for a full drink and no ice they don’t fill the drink to the top of the cup which felt a bit disappointing.

Unfortunately the store is small and has very little seating. Service at its worst is a little mediocre, otherwise generally OK.

The quality of the drinks is what makes this place shine.“

“I happened to find this place on my way to work and ended up coming two days in a row! The staff here are always so friendly and cheerful, which is honestly such a nice way to start the morning. I got a hot latte to go, and it was really good. I also love the location and how quick the service is. The drive-thru is such a great idea because it saves you from having to park, walk into a cafe, order, and wait around, especially when you’re in a hurry in the morning. I also love that they have a loyalty card where you buy 10 coffees and get the 11th one free. Definitely a nice touch! I’ll be back plenty of times to collect my free 11th coffee :)“

“Samantha is the best barista, she welcomed me with a smile in her voice today. She made me my fav pistacchio latte even though it was not available in any starbucks store in the bay area. She went above and beyond her job role, I am very proud of her customer service. She always greets with a lovely voice, I could feel her energy even though she had the mask on her face. “I think this is the best Paris Baguette in the Bay Area! There are plenty of tables, it’s always clean, and they always have a great variety of fresh pastries.

We stopped by for coffee today, and our favorite team was working! They make our coffee so quickly and even remember what we usually order, which is such a nice touch. 😊 The staff is always friendly and welcoming. We always enjoy coming back!“
