Samantha is the best barista, she welcomed me with a smile in her voice today. She made me my fav pistacchio latte even though it was not available in any starbucks store in the bay area. She went above and beyond her job role, I am very proud of her customer service. She always greets with a lovely voice, I could feel her energy even though she had the mask on her face. My new favourite Starbucks. Made an early morning Starbucks order this morning, and the two lovely ladies at the store this morning were so awesome! Sara and Melissa are THE BEST! Thank you for helping my super early morning go a little bit easier.

This Starbucks Coffee Company is described as friendly and inviting, with handicap parking right by the door. The store has a well laid out floor plan and nice clean accessible bathrooms. Staff was attentive and worked in complete unison, with prompt and precise ordering. The seating area was clean and neat, with staff observed wiping down tables. A Starbucks delivery driver was noted for being very courteous and not blocking aisles. The coffee is delicious and exactly what you’d come to expect from Starbucks. A shaken espresso was enjoyed. One minor complaint is that the parking lot is so small that the drive thru is a challenge; if more than two or three cars are in line, customers end up out in the street, blocking traffic. Outside of that one gripe, this Starbucks is a solid spot for a quick coffee. The store was found very refreshing, and customers will return for daily tea and coffee.
