Everyone seems so nice and helpful that makes a difference, love anything Carmel 🥰👌☕️
My favorite and convenient location with good customer service from an excellent and friendly staff crews who know and remember their regular customers by their names and drink favorites <3
This is just another Starbucks location in the Milpitas area. I stopped by on a weekend morning for a quick coffee, and it was fairly busy, as you would expect.
I ordered a regular coffee along with a banana walnut loaf. Both were exactly what I expected—fresh, satisfying, and consistent with the usual Starbucks experience.
Overall, there’s nothing particularly extraordinary or unique about this location, but there’s nothing to complain...read full review

Starbucks Coffee Company offers a clean and pleasant environment with friendly staff. Customers enjoy a variety of drinks, including special options like the Chai special drink, which can be customized with additional pumps of syrup. Some customers appreciate the convenience and consistent service, although there are occasional issues with drink customization, such as ice and foam adjustments. Food options like the sausage, bacon, and cheese wrap are available, but not always satisfying, as it may lack meat and contain unexpected ingredients like potatoes. Overall, the store is appreciated for its good customer service, especially from staff members who provide excellent service, making visits enjoyable despite mixed opinions on the quality of drinks and food.
