Brew & Banh Mi Cafe is a little shop located at a gas station. The banh mi and Vietnamese coffee were good. However, my favorite item was the freshly made pandan waffles.

Brew & Banh Mi Cafe is a cute, hidden spot located at a gas station, offering a nice and clean ambience. Once inside, it feels homey with simple decor, a good amount of seating, and a few tables and chairs. It is a nice, quiet little spot that doesn't get too loud, making it great to have some snacks, mingle, and catch up with friends.
The cafe offers a wide variety of drinks and food. Hands down one of the best Viet drinks in town, the menu includes Vietnamese coffee, egg coffee, red velvet foam coffee, matcha banana, sugar cane calamansi, sugar cane coconut, strawberry matcha, avocado smoothie, banana foam ice coffee, banana blended ice coffee, and ube matcha. Drinks can be a little on the sweeter side, but the level of sweetness can be customized, along with toppings, milk alternatives, and options like coconut cream. The coffee is strong and flavors are well balanced.
For food, they offer banh mi, including a pork belly sandwich, vegetarian banh mi, cold cut combo, and an all-topping option, which are loaded. The size is on the smaller side but they have so many different options. They also have snacks like a cinnamon twist. All items are reasonably priced. The service is friendly, and there is parking available around the gas station.
