Was a great place when it just opened.
Now it went downhill, I see new employees that are not friendly and do a lot of mistakes.

LISA ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ LISA
Every time I've interacted with Lisa, she greets me with a genuine smile and provides outstanding customer service.
On one visit, another employee accidentally got my order wrong, and Lisa handled the situation with such professionalism, kindness, and grace that it completely changed my experience. Instead of leaving frustrated, I left impressed. I even went to Trader Joes & bought her a small plant.

I come here occasionally not so much for the coffee, but for the friendly staff and the quiet, relaxed atmosphere.

Starbucks Coffee Company on Great Mall Parkway is a relatively new location, having been open for a couple of years. The service and management at this Starbucks are praised as top-tier, with a consistently amazing staff and a fantastic manager. The atmosphere is described as having a warm ambiance, perfect for fall and studying, with a modern interior and available seating.
While the location can be inconvenient, with limited parking and difficulty seeing from the road, the staff is commended for their attentiveness and welcoming demeanor. The drinks are well-made and blended, though the refreshers may be less consistent. Customers appreciate the availability of power outlets at each seat and the provision of used coffee grounds for gardening.
Overall, this Starbucks location is described as a great, well-managed spot with positive vibes, clean facilities, and a variety of menu options, making it a popular choice among customers in the area.
