“Amazing neighborhood cafe. It's cozy, unassuming and well situated in a cute Plaza in midtown Palo Alto. The breakfast items are all delicious and well prepared, they roast their beans in house in a corner of the cafe and you may get lucky to be there while they do it, great aroma and a nice touch.

The place is run by a wonderful couple, they welcome their usual guests by name and treat the newcomers with much warmth and happiness. It is my happy place to go to go to start my day.“

“I stopped by Oklava in Palo Alto for tea and baklava, and it was a wonderful experience. The tea was fresh and flavorful, and the baklava was absolutely delicious—perfectly sweet, fresh, and authentic. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were very friendly. It’s a great spot to relax and enjoy a traditional treat. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Really great place to sit down and work. Not really quite but most people are using their headsets anyway. Food is pretty good and I agree with some others that the staff could be a bit friendlier.
I didn't need it, but having some tables with power supply would be great.
Anyhow, this place got marked as my future workplace favorite.“

“We’ve been to a lot of afternoon tea venues; Tea Time excels in the quality and variety of teas and foods. We started with the fun exploration of sniffing the sample tea jars in the showroom (there are dozens each of black, green, and herbal teas) to each make our selection. We’d pre-ordered High Tea with our phone reservation, and was happy that they will individually tailor the sandwiches to vegetarian, vegan, and other preferences too (while most tea places don’t). The quality and variety of savories and sandwiches was outstanding. The scone and chocolate cake were delicious. My tea was so good we bought a bag for home. Very kind and friendly service as well.“

“I love coming here for lunch. I've found their specials, ranging from Korean yukgaejang soup to BBQ chicken pizza, flavorful and fun. Comparable to other campus/campus-adjacent options in terms of pricing but much better quality food and not as crowded.“

“This is a Starbucks placed in the middle of the hospital. I hide out there until my husband is done with his treatment. I actually got a grande latte for four bucks. It's probably my favorite place to be on those days. Nice people...quiet surroundings. It doesn't get better than that

“I came here for a school field trip. The trip was amazing and super fun. Basically we tested their new robot system, and it was really cool. After we finished, we fought each other (the other kids). Also, the cafeteria was great, the “vending machines” were well stocked, and overall I had a great time. I wish I could go back and relive that day.“

“4.5/5 overall! The Boba is so yumm here. Tastes different than the typical honey boba elsewhere. Their hot tea is nicely frothed instead of just microwaved in other tea shops. We love seeing their machine making boba.
One feedback: The toilet is often dirty or have no toilet paper. Something they need to visit every 2-4 hours to keep it clean and stocked. The owner is very sweet and attentive. ,decent cafe to hangout while sipping delicious tea, definitely recommended!“

“This is a take away place. We had the kouign amann and chocolate croissant. Excellent. Chocolate croissant is not sugary with dark chocolate. Could have a bit more chocolate but high quality chocolate 🍫🍫🍫. baguette tends to sell out early here.“

“Excellent Food and beverages, delightful atmosphere, but the most wonderful part is the staff! University and Hamilton (palo alto) locations get busy and even when short staffed down to one person, they've never ceased to deliver great service with a smile and gracious attitude.
