“Not a lot of japanese bakery selection here in the Bay Area, but this spot is a must-try.

Decided to try a large variety of the menu, and everything was a hit. Would def recommend getting the chocolate and matcha lattes; they are so rich and authentic which is rare to find even amongst drink specialized stores. Also would recommend the cream cornets and the tonkatsu sandwich; portion is huge!

Staff were all very friendly and professional; I you like your bread not too sweet, would def recommend.“

“The drinks are really good. I loved coming here when they first opened and used to recommend it to all my friends. They also have a decent amount of seating inside with a modern cozy feel. However, as they became more popular and busy, the drink consistency started to decline. Although it's still more hits than misses, I'd only come here now if I happen to wake up early and can beat the rush.

“This place was very good...food was amazing and plenty of seating. The only huge negative is that they do not have high chairs!!! Made it impossible to enjoy our breakfast as a family as our 19 month old wanted to just run around and play. If we would have known, we would have brought our stroller, but we have yet to visit a food service place that didn't provide high chairs or booster seats. Do better please and invest in a few high chairs.“

“Family owned cafe in San Mateo. The service is so friendly and homely. The decor is well curated. And most importantly the concept is soooo cool. A play on the Indian sweet Barfi, Barfia serves custom Barfi and a bunch of cultural drinks and food native to India and Philippines. Love this spot!“

One has to lower expectations given that this is within the university and caters to a diverse set of diners, so the tastes are milder vs the local Asian staples. A good representation nonetheless of Asian cuisine. The dining area is soley outdoors but relatively clean and provides a good campus spot to have ones meal and to meet up. No toilets available.

This was the first place we visited during our trip to San Francisco. It's located in an Office Building, lots of parking. What we loved too was how everyone here knew each other. “Cafe De Casa has a secret Friday menu. My friend only found out about it last time because he asked someone eating it. It was Brazilian tri-tip steak. It comes with a plantain. If you ask for the combo, it comes with a plate of beans and rice, some sort of tasty potato salad with tomatoes, lettuce, diced tomatoes, broccoli, carrots and cauliflower. We also got the beef salad $17.25 and some pastries for about $5 each. Everything tasted delicious. The chef really did a good job with the Brazilian flavors. There isn't much out there that I haven't tried. It was nice to get that "new" feeling in my life. Sitting outside, on a nice sunny morning made it more special. Great job staff at Cafe De Casa.“

We enjoyed the **Garden Omelette** with fresh veggies and Monterey Jack cheese, the flavorful **Veggie Breakfast Burrito** with feta and pico de gallo, and a refreshing **Seasonal Yogurt Parfait**. The **Breakfast Sandwich** with ham, avocado, and aged cheddar on a toasted croissant was a highlight. The friendly and helpful staff made our visit even better.
