“Great service, the man at the front was very personable and hospitable. Gave us great service and a great portion size for the price. I had the Korean spicy pork which gave me nostalgia of having it back home. Really tasty and rich. My coworker had the hot punch sandwich which he enjoyed he definitely wants to try a more special sandwich next time. Overall great time, good food, and good portions.“

“This review is for the Apple fritter I had today. It was quite possibly the freshest and fluffiest one I’ve ever had and I’ve had many! It wasn’t oily at all either :-) I’ll be back. Sadly I finished the donut before taking a photo.“
“Hoda Asfari left a bad review, dont listen to her complaining. She is just ungrateful and impatient. If anything, it’s all underpriced. Sandwiches are $10 and comes with chips. The way she is writing is like a privileged brat. Great staff and excellent food. They are very nice people and owners. I especially enjoy the spicy chicken sandwich and add avocado to it.Our community overwhelms them sometimes so we must have patience and show respect.“
“This feedback for the cafe at Seton Hospital. Unfortunately, I've been visiting hospice care for the past 4 weeks. I bought coffee and an occasional brownie from the cafe a few times. I have to say, no matter how busy it is, each person behind the counter has had the biggest smile and the utmost courtesy to each person in line, including myself. They probably don't realize that their smiles and positive attitude really help. Please let them know they're appreciated....and give them a huge bonus 😉“

“I went in around the afternoon and was greeted by a very sweet lady. I’m pretty sure she was the owner of the shop. I decided to get the Kona Coffee Frappe and it was amazing, i think the coffee is her specialty :) she also gave my brother and i two tasty donuts. i recommend!“

“Cafe Big Mug is a decent cafe but not particularly standout versus its competitors. To start with the drinks, they have usually been fine. The default espresso seems to lean acidic or lighter roast. The one highlight is the Mont Blanc, which I believe is cold brew with a sweet cream foam topping. The combination works well and is more refreshing than you might expect. As far as food, I've tried a few toasts, which are also fine but maybe overpriced for what you're getting.
I usually order to-go but I've dined in a few times. The interior is spacious with a decent amount of seating. There's free Wi-Fi so it's not bad for working in. They had a website but it was shut down in August, to be replaced with a set of mobile apps that still don't seem available as of writing. IMO removing the website-based online ordering is a mistake, because there is more consumer friction in downloading an app for just one cafe. (You can still order with DoorDash but you're subject to other fees or weirdness of the platform.)“
“Pretty average hotel. Giving it 4 stars given it included breakfast and happy hour. The bartenders and omlette maker were excellent and friendly. Other breakfast staff seemed less than thrilled to be there but overall went about their tasks and kept out of guests way. The rooms could definitely use some updating and the layout was quite awkward being right next to the stairwell. The room felt cramped and the bathroom small to maneuver in. Not sure if all rooms were that way but I'd suggest a different room. The hotel was reasonably close to some restaurants and easy enough to get around the area. Overall not a bad stay.“

“I visited twice and was impressed both times. The first time, I tried their iced oolong milk tea with less sugar—refreshing and flavorful, perfect for a lighter treat. On my second visit, I went for the brown sugar smoothie milkshake with Crème brûlée foam, which was indulgent and delicious. Highly recommend both options! Just be careful don't add extra brown sugar or ice cream, they are already included in the brown sugar milkshake.“
