Small Mom&Pop operation offering a selection of donuts and sandwich on bread, croissant, or bagel. Open literally everyday, e.g., holidays, for breakfast and lunch. It doesn't have the polish or upscale vibe of major chains, but always clean an bright... quite comfortable for me.
