The older lady working came up to us as we were about to leave and said we left a mess even though it was a few crumbs my 4 year old niece left from her donut. We always clean after ourselves but she never even gave us the chance she came right when we were standing up. She also said if I can make sure next time she doesn't touch the glass, but she never did. The mark was from outside. The food was okay but the service was terrible, made us feel uncomfortable and not welcomed.

I love coming here before or after work. Their sandwiches are freshly made. The staff is friendly. I've been going here for the last 15 years. I usually come in the the morning and the bagels are warm and ready to go.
First time in this place. Unfortunately the donuts I bought were not fresh. The coffee was watered down too. Sorry I will not be returning.

I found a hair sticking out of the icing on one of my old fashioned chocolate. Came in 2/26/23 @ 11:40am and bought a dozen donut holes and 7 of a variety of donuts and found this in the first old fashioned chocolate when I got home. threw everything away very disappointed that my family couldn't enjoy this treat together at all.
