“Restaurant Gish offers a unique dining experience with a focus on Korean fusion cuisine. The menu is prix fixe and seasonally driven, blending modern Korean flavors with contemporary American touches. We appreciate the meticulous attention to detail, both in the food presentation and the attentive, non-intrusive service. The ambiance is cozy and relaxed, with light background music, making it a great choice for a romantic evening.

All the dishes were so delicious and I would love to come back every month when they change the seasonal menu! Such a treat and we loved chatting with Stan, Ray, Areum, and Ben!

Had the bbq burger with a brioche bun, onions, bacon, and cheese. Bun is nice and soft. Bacon doesn't have any crisp to it and a little chewy. The meat isn't anything spectacular. The texture of the fries is too soft for my liking but are decent.

Burgers are about $15 each and dont come with fries.

They claim to be the highest rated burger in California but I'm not sure about that hype. I'd rate it worse than Red Robin, Super Duper, and Shake Shack.

Overall not a bad burger spot. But it's not something worth going completely out of your way to try.“

“Sometimes they do not know how to properly construct a sandwich and instead of putting the spreader sauce on the bun they put it directly on the protein causing the sandwich to slide all over the place. How they present their sandwiches is inconsistent“

“Went here with my coworker the other day and it was PACKED during lunch! We were lucky that we arrived as another party was leaving so we only had to wait a couple minutes for them to clean the table. The server took a while to take our order but it was understandable due to their busy lunch rush. I ordered the Fresno Fig burger and upgraded my fries to truffle cheese fries. Everything was delicious! I can see that this would be a great place for happy hour so I would definitely come back to check that out next time. It would be better if they had brighter lights but I get that they’re trying to go for that hip trendy casual burger spot vibe.“

“Been coming here since grad school in the early 2000s. Still good food after all these years. The nice owners work so hard to make delicious food. Too bad they no longer serve beer. Owner says SCU students got too rowdy with alcohol and causing trouble, so it’s not worth it to serve alcohol anymore. Thank the kids for ruining it for everyone.“

“The food was great, the chicken sandwich was unexpectedly spicy (nice), and the breakfast tacos were a milder bite. Good balance! Sipping a cold brew from a jar is basically the vibe, so if you're more into food than a fancy atmosphere, this will be a hit for you.“

“Great experience! Checked in on my reservation and realized the time on the reservation was an hour later than what I thought. The hostess was wonderful in helping us out even though we were there during their busiest time. She was able to accommodate our party of 7 within 15 minutes. The food was great and the staff was very attentive.“

“Was trying to decide where to go for my birthday as we always go out for my birthday or special occasion and get prime rib we’ve been to Sundance, Alexander’s and the house of prime however, never been to Birks so we decided to give it a try… we are so glad we did it by far is the best prime rib that we’ve had at all the places so far it’s got such a unique smoky flavour to it from them cooking it over mesquite, cedar and almond wood… are you prime rib lovers? If yes you have to give this place a try and I believe they even have prime rib specials on Monday. The other items that we really enjoyed was the brussels sprouts and creamed spinach… I don’t normally do cream spinach however theres was amazing. I will be coming back just for those along with the melt in your mouth prime rib. When you go to yelp review Birk’s is a little further down the list, but coming from a guy who knows prime rib it should be towards the top of the list when it comes to prime rib in the Bay Area…

Parking: Parking around back there is all kinds of parking and it’s free and it has a security robot to keep an eye on things with cameras“

With a wide variety of menu choices—from quinoa and beef burgers to chicken tenders and several types of pizza—plus sides like mac & cheese, seasonal vegetables, and more, it's the best value in the park. The condiment bar is well-stocked, and the staff is always friendly and efficient. The restaurant is well-organized, with consistently clean tables, though they can get packed during lunch and dinner rushes, so you might have to wait for a table. They sometimes run out of artisan sandwiches and desserts, and the quinoa burger takes a few extra minutes to cook but is worth the wait. Highly recommended!“

“We went there from Arizona, as soon as we walked in we felt the vibe, good music and the restaurant inside and out looks amazing feels like I’m in the middle of the jungle, besides all that the food was amazing, specially the pizza and wings best I’ve ever had, The personal was nice and attentive, beer was nice and cold, I personally recommend this place 100 percent. It was a very tasty sandwich.

“Pretty average hotel. Giving it 4 stars given it included breakfast and happy hour. The bartenders and omlette maker were excellent and friendly. Other breakfast staff seemed less than thrilled to be there but overall went about their tasks and kept out of guests way. The rooms could definitely use some updating and the layout was quite awkward being right next to the stairwell. The room felt cramped and the bathroom small to maneuver in. Not sure if all rooms were that way but I'd suggest a different room. The hotel was reasonably close to some restaurants and easy enough to get around the area. Overall not a bad stay.“

“I decided to drop by and see what the place was about because there was a “dating coach” on YouTube that felt like she was above The Cheesecake Factory … After visiting here, I think that particular dating coach is a lunatic … I think this place is wonderful for casual meetings as well as serious dinner dates …“

“I personally had the salad bar buffet, which comes with a lot of different options. The salad and toppings were all really good, and so were the dressings. Not a large selection of warm foods, but the chicken was pretty good once it was restocked. Their sundae bar was pretty empty, and the brownies were semi-hard to bite through, but it was still pretty tasty.“

The Brisket Appetizer is served with garlic bread; it's basically a deconstructed sandwich that could be ordered as an entree. Very tender chunks of brisket drizzled with BBQ sauce. The pulled pork was tender and juicy with a nicely toasted bun. Their BBQ sauce is just the right balance for me of sweetness and vinegar. “Ordered the BBQ chicken pizza on their regular crust, despite it being regular crust the crust is thin, the edges are thicker and not the super thin crispy crust but was thin enough for my liking without needing to do the extra thin. They currently have a take and bake for an additional $8 for any pizza! Don't forget to sign up for the loyalty app!“
