“Updating my older review: I've been coming here for years, since it's a reliable place with fair prices and quality food. (Sometimes I eat here once a week when I'm in town for work). In recent months, though, I've noticed a subtle change. The tomatillo soup (a longtime favorite) is now thinner, with less flavor. I've still been ordering it, but it's not what it was. And now, tonight, the bowl had substantially less soup- about 3/4 of what it usually is. And I also noticed the burrito was a little bit smaller. I'm always satisfied and don't get hungry for the rest of the night after eating here, but not this time. Shrinkflation? Hmmm. I give 4 stars, but I hope they continue the great quality and portions that I've grown to rely on at Aqui. If so, I'll gladly give them 5 stars again.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of families with kids here.“
“I think Lazy Dog is just okay because there is almost nothing on the menu that appeals to me. Yesterday for example I had the Falafel Hummus Bowl and it was just okay. But my family thinks Lazy Dog is four stars. For starters we usually order Carmelized Brussel Sprouts and Quesadillas. Yesterday though instead of Quesadillas we tried the Bacon Cheddar Biscuits ?, which were a hit for the bacon lovers, and Cheese Curds ?, which were like Fried Mozzarella Sticks. For salad we ordered Ahi Tuna Salad ??. I used to order that as my entree but everyone would take some and I'd be left with almost nothing ? so now we just get it as a shared item. For entrees my youngest always gets Chicken Parmesan, my meat eaters always get Ribs ? or Fried Chicken ?, my adventurous one always tries different things (yesterday was Grilled Trout ?) and my better half usually gets Walnut Chicken Salad Sandwich but yesterday tried the Chile Ahi Tuna Bowl ?. Everyone enjoyed their entrees except me.For dessert it's always the Apple Huckleberry Pie ? and we got a free ice cream scoop ? with a candle ?️ on top for one of my kid's birthdays. The decor is like a high priced lodge ⛷️. Sometimes we eat outside because my daughter likes bringing her dog ? but I prefer eating inside and not having to hear dogs bark and growl at each other periodically.“
“This place is AMAZING! My neighbors took me and I am definitely going back! Everyone was so thoughtful, kind and efficient! The owner recommended the club sandwich which was so huge and delicious ?. The side salad was a meal in itself and I honestly can't wait to go back to try something else!!“
“We've been to the Mountain view location but this was our first time in Cupertino. The venue is familiar but nicer. The fig burger was amazing not heavy on the fig jam or goat cheese...just right. The macaroni bites were spicy for me but so very good and crunchy. The margarita was perfect not sweet but tart, salt on the rim but not the entire rim. Can't wait to return for more of everything!!! We also tried the barrel cake... gonna be dreaming of that dessert for some time. Nice casual spot with a delicious menu. It won't disappoint.“
“Whether you are eating indoors with friends, or outdoors with your furry pet, this is a great place to eat! I have friends that are anti-vaxers and prefer the outdoors even though none of us have pets! The food is plentiful and very tasty! All of the Lazy Dogs are the same ... cookie cutter style. Kinda like going to a McDonald's where they are all similar.I like the fact that it's a place to schmooze with your friends and family in an atmosphere of conversations and eating. The service is good in an unhurried sort of way.“
“My new fav brunch! Loved the food. I had a scramble with bacon and fruit as a side, and it was perfect! I also shared a few bites of millionaire’s bacon from a friend, unique and yummy! Can’t wait to go back. It’s a treat!Dietary restrictions: They were very familiar with my celiac and offered alternatives. Sadly I couldn’t have the side of brussel sprouts and potatoes (looked SO good), but the fruit was perfect.Parking: I parked down the street since the lot was full. Busy place and rightly so!“
