“Unfortunately they always seem to mess my order up. Maybe it's them not paying attention or maybe it's might be a lauangue barrier with staff. Im thinking they might not be able to read English to well. Its hard enough to learn to speak a second language and reading and writing in a second language is im assuming even more difficult. Our assumptions were correct. There’s a lot of things that set this place apart from others. We noticed the pork katsu was made in house. Most places just use the frozen one distributed by the same vendor but not this place. We also noticed most of the sauces were self made as well. Katsu sauce, salad dressing and salsa seemed made in house. Everything except the ketchup packet. I’ll be going back to place to try their breakfast menu, sandwiches, and hamburger. I’m also curious about their Friday only chicken strips.“

“We are evacuees from the SC Mtn fires. Brew City was offering free meals so we decided to try it. I cannot say thank you enough. We were treated with so much kindness from all of the staff and the owner. Not only is the food and beer selection amazing but the atmosphere and outside restaurant set up is beautiful. We actually laughed and talked as a family. It was the best thing to happen to us in 10 days of evacuation, moving constantly and never knowing if we have a home to go back to. We will continue to come back as regular patrons... and I promise not to cry again. Please support this amazing restaurant. He said he would continue to do it as long as he could. We paid half of our bill for an amazing meal and a healing experience. My only complaint is they do not have merchandise to purchase! I wanted to be able to support them when we are back in our feet. “YUM!! This was a delicious meal. I had a spicy chicken sandwich and my husband had a burger, which he said was the best he’s had in a long time. I loved my chicken sandwich. Our fries were SO tasty! I couldn’t decide between the strawberry and chocolate shake and they were kind enough to give both to us. They were both PERFECT!! I liked chocolate better but the strawberry was still fantastic! Great service!!“

“An uncommon find but some of the most tastiest food you can find in Los Gatos, I never mind making the trip over here just to have the food. It tastes great, a good price and one of the best Curio spots to be! Inside and outside is great and if you love unusual shakes, its the place to be!“

It’s so hard to find good customer service and Hannah went well above what’s expected. “Pretty nice restaurant. Came right after playing beach volleyball and I was starving. The ambience was fine, but coming on a Sunday afternoon I expected it to be more busy. There also seemed to be a slightly strange smell, but it went away after a little while. Also a little drafty in the restaurant, so a sweater would not hurt. The service was par, not bad but also not special. Same with the burgers. A little too well done for my liking, but that really depends on personal opinion. Also pretty saucy but it did the job after volleyball. Overall nice restaurant but not worth going out of the way for.“

“I came around to buy a bed in the area and I found this restaurant at the corner of valley fair. Its honestly a hidden gem. If you know diner food, you can get it here. If you know Burger food you can get it here, sandwiches you can get them here as well as shakes an all day breakfast! The food with seasoned well! And things that are salty like pastrami, they tasted great and they did a good job at making my sandwich what melted cheese and mustard. I also upgraded my fries to fried mushrooms! If you have a dog like me you can buy a burger patty and it's about $8 at the time of writing this. But it's a big thick patty.

So dogs are welcome inside and outside! At least the time of me going.“

“It was cheeseburger day in the US and I was at the Great Mall shopping with my wife at the Uniqlo which is very close to the Great Mall food court. I was intent on getting my cheeseburger for the day and as you other husbands who shop with your wife know what it's like to stand around while the wife considers close to try on and buy , I decided to see if I can't get my cheeseburger on. Lucky for me the Burger King app had a free cheeseburger with any purchase of a dollar or more. So I made my online order and was able to get a chocolate chip cookie and a cheeseburger for a buck. The experience was easy and smooth and no hassle. Mind you now this is not a classic Burger King experience but rather a mall version of the Burger King experience and it was fine and easy. “I think ordering from a kiosk is the best way restaurants help people who don't like making the workers wait on taking orders or feel pressured. Habit has always been a go-to spot for me, this was the first time I been to this location too, so I very much enjoyed it. A great Curio place to hang out and talk while you eat, would recommend and come back again.“

My first time there. Had a lettuce wrap cheese double patty burger, tasted good and full filling.
The real star was the patty melt with cheese. Price wise it was more expensive than a typical fast food burger joint but less than a restaurant.“
