“Why 5 stars for this little tiny place? Because what you see is what you get. They have an amazing diverse menu. The egg rolls are amazing. Everything is priced well. They do their very best to help everyone quickly. Yes, your order might take a bit, but it's worth it.“

“The food was good. There was some smell as soon as you entered the place. It was one type of cleaner mixed with dirt (lingering smell). Just a couple of employees working but they were efficient. They did not announce the name of the order. I saw the order ready sitting there for a couple of minutes before I asked if it was my order and it was. They did do a good job at adding silverware and napkins. Good for take out, not for dine in.“

“This place serves burgers that are so juicy and flavorful every bite till the end. It’s our favorite burger place. LG location is also special that it’s spacious that is suitable for gatherings and has a foosball table.

As much we love the location, today we noticed the fries are now the smallest regular fries we’ve seen ever. Made me so sad. I’m not asking for free fries or bagful, but I think you guys can do bit better. I wish to update my review, when I see better portions of fries.“

“There are not many burger places that offer gluten free buns and halal burgers!
Main Street offers a variety of burger options that can accommodate different dietary restrictions and they are one of our go tos for halal burgers.
The location is nicely situated in downtown Los Gatos and whenever there are city events, you can get a good view sitting in their outdoor seating area.

I like their salmon salad also when I’m not feeling up to a burger and they have really nice milkshakes. Their garlic fries are a must and last we went, they fry it in a separate fryer.

We used to frequent the Willow Glen location until they closed down. Loved the lobster rolls they had there.“

“I always love my experience here at The Diner of Los Gatos when I come into the area to visit family. We come here every time, a tradition. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly and it’s a fun place to bring my grandson.“

“It was my favorite McDonald's. Now they remodeled it and the space became less cozy. No refills anymore, which I loved.

They did not give any napkins, and no accessible napkins. I will still go here, as it is conveniently close, but I will always have a feeling of compromise, when I eat here.

“I love this place. You order the meat you want, how you want and then you just put whatever else you want in said meat.
They cook it right. You want medium? You’ll get medium!
The space is clean but the sitting area is a little tight by American standards.
But the fries! Omg . Love the fries and the elk burger.

Parking: It’s a strip mall and the parking lot has small one way lanes. The parking spots themselves are on the smaller side.“

“The small army working away in the distinctively remodeled aquarium-like building conveniently located on the Paseo De San Antonio is exceptionally friendly and cheerful. “We are evacuees from the SC Mtn fires. Brew City was offering free meals so we decided to try it. I cannot say thank you enough. We were treated with so much kindness from all of the staff and the owner. Not only is the food and beer selection amazing but the atmosphere and outside restaurant set up is beautiful. We actually laughed and talked as a family. It was the best thing to happen to us in 10 days of evacuation, moving constantly and never knowing if we have a home to go back to. We will continue to come back as regular patrons... and I promise not to cry again. Please support this amazing restaurant. He said he would continue to do it as long as he could. We paid half of our bill for an amazing meal and a healing experience. My only complaint is they do not have merchandise to purchase! I wanted to be able to support them when we are back in our feet. “Once I got the food it was absolutely fantastic. The main reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of my bad experience with delivery. However, the owner made up for that with great customer service. I didn't know the restaurant uses Doordash for deliveries. I usually avoid places that do that, because only the restaurant can complain to Doordash about the driver, and the end customer has no control. This Doordash guy was terrible - took over 40 minutes to deliver my order, didn't answer my calls or texts wondering where he is and when I finally got my food, it was ice cold. I contacted the restaurant, and although an employee tried to give me a hard time for using delivery, the owner was wonderful. He not only remade the order at no charge, he personally delivered it. I'll definitely eat the food again, but not use delivery.“

Upd: forgot to mention a milk shakes, my favs strawberry with a real peaces of strawberry and vanilla - just a solid classic with a real ice cream.

“Glad to see a new spot in downtown Sunnyvale. Tried the impossible burger and it was actually very tasty. My teen got the double bacon with egg on top! Over the top but he said it was good. Would come back again. It was clean and food came out fast. The vanilla shake was too icy. I would skip it next time.“

“Been coming here since the 70.s I always get the bacon cheese burger with their steak fries. It is cooked the way a burger should when you go out. Staff has always been courteous. No fountain drinks just bottles and cans. Their combo price is reasonable when comparing to similar type places. They used to have hot rods gather on the weekends and that is always fun to see. Overall its been there for decades and decades and has been able to survive many different economies. That.s saying something.“

They checked on me, reworked my table setting when delivering my food, and offered recommendations. The wings were fried to perfection and absolutely delicious. I will say it is on the pricey side but nothing you wouldn’t expect from a hotel. Not to mention the place is gorgeous.“

“I recently tried the Crispy Chicken Burger at BurgerIM Sanjose and I have to say it was a solid choice. The chicken fillet was crispy on the outside, just as the name suggests, and had a nice crunch with each bite. Inside, the chicken was juicy and tender, which I appreciated because sometimes crispy chicken can be dry, but that wasn’t the case here.

The toppings were fresh, especially the lettuce and tomato, which added a nice balance to the richness of the chicken. The bun was soft and slightly sweet, and it held everything together without getting soggy, even with the sauces. I liked that you could customize the burger to your liking, and I added some cheese and pickles, which made it even good.“
