“Sometime all you have to do is make it right and have great customer service. I have had problems with the morning shift with the service and quality of food. I came to the location after work to speak with the manager at 2:30pm today and he was so nice and concerned. I was going to give a bad review but he don’t deserve that due to a bad seed. They recognized the problem and I’m not the only one who made the complaint, and they are making plans to fix it. The shift that I normally come during will be closing soon until they get new staff. They gave me the wrong French toast, the portion of fries was out of line and you all know I love fries, finally the tacos were under cooked and super greasy. Make sure to check your food ppl before leaving“
“Finally! The McFlurry machine is being maintained and consistently working! I’m so proud of you McDonalds! This trip though the drive thru my battery died at the payment window. All the boys working came out and helped me push it to a safe place where I got it started again. I love my local MslcDonalds!“
“Burger King is Burger King, you aren’t ever going to have the best meal of your life here. But if I’m going to a Burger King, this is the one I’m going back to. The Drive-Thru experience here is top notch. It’s almost always the same guy operating the drive through in the evenings, and he’s a super nice, fun, laid back guy who is very good about getting your order right and very quick to correct anything if there is a problem. Like most Burger Kings, most of the food feels pretty quickly thrown together but unlike most Burger Kings, it is always freshly cooked, not sitting around under a heat lamp for hours. I really appreciate that touch. I’ve been going here for years and they’ve really been on point recently, so I wanted to give my positive feedback - and management if you’re reading this give your Drive-Thru guy a raise, he’s doing you good.“

“I had the cheese burger and even though it didn't come out prepared as I ordered it (med-rare), I was pleasantly surprised by the texture and taste of a charcoal kissed beef patty chard to perfection,of which I had not tasted in, so very, very long. The regular style fries were also seasoned and delicious on their own without the help of ketchup.After tip we still ended up spending more than $20 per person (almost $50 for two) which is rather high in my opinion. I'd love to be able to enjoy this regularly, but it's going to be every once in awhile at these prices.“
“I took my neighbor's daughter at UCSC here for brunch. We got two Cali Croissants, one with regular bacon and one with turkey bacon, a ginger beer, and a Kombucha. The Cali Croissant is HUGE and will not fit into your mouth, unless perhaps you are a teenage boy. The Croissant was lightly toasted and delicious. My fruit side came with a nice mix of fruit: actual strawberries and blueberries, as opposed to just the standard grapes and melons. I really appreciated that. Service was friendly, but they don't really check on you when they're busy. They just brought us our food and the check. The only drawbacks are that it's crowded inside and the prices are not student-friendly. Not prohibitively expensive, but a little pricier than your typical breakfast and brunch spot. The quality of the food was great, though, so the pricing is somewhat justified.“
“The music hall is really cool. However, the dirty veggie tots were drowning in cilantro but didn't have cilantro listed on the menu, which was really frustrating for a cilantro-soap gene person. If you love cilantro you'd love them.“
