Pretty Good Advice Reviews
It’s always nice to have an abundance of options on a menu, and Pretty Good Advice delivered here. I got one of the vegan breakfast sandwiches and a friend and I shared the Brussels sprouts and the cucumber sides. All good!

Delicious food - I had an amazing salad and an Arnold Palmer and we all loved our food. The service was great. Super casual atmosphere, we ate at the counter area. Would love to go back!

Pretty Good Advice is a vegetarian/vegan restaurant in Santa Cruz that offers a variety of delicious plant-based options. They serve burgers, sandwiches, fries, salads, desserts, and breakfast sandwiches. The PGA Burger and Spicy Chick'n Burger are popular choices, both made with a black bean/soy patty base. The fries are crispy and come with vegan ranch dressing. The staff is friendly, and the housemade hot sauce adds a tasty kick to the meals. While seating is limited inside, there are a few outdoor tables, making it a good spot for takeout and outdoor dining. Customers praise the food as tasty casual vegan lunch fare and highlight the quality ingredients used, often emphasizing the farm-to-table approach. The vegan Caesar wrap and the high road are highly recommended, and the focaccia is praised as very good. Many diners enjoy the variety of options, including the tofu banh mi, which they find fantastic, though some suggest spreading the insides more evenly for better taste. The soft serve stations offer great options, and the vibe is friendly both inside and outside. The restaurant is appreciated for its fast service, friendly staff, and healthy, flavorful choices like the chopped salad, beet salad, passion fruit chia pudding, and California burger on a GF bun with fries. Overall, Pretty Good Advice is a welcome addition to Downtown Santa Cruz, providing affordable, tasty plant-based meals in a convenient location.
