“I took my neighbor's daughter at UCSC here for brunch. We got two Cali Croissants, one with regular bacon and one with turkey bacon, a ginger beer, and a Kombucha. The Cali Croissant is HUGE and will not fit into your mouth, unless perhaps you are a teenage boy. The Croissant was lightly toasted and delicious. My fruit side came with a nice mix of fruit: actual strawberries and blueberries, as opposed to just the standard grapes and melons. I really appreciated that. Service was friendly, but they don't really check on you when they're busy. They just brought us our food and the check. The only drawbacks are that it's crowded inside and the prices are not student-friendly. Not prohibitively expensive, but a little pricier than your typical breakfast and brunch spot. The quality of the food was great, though, so the pricing is somewhat justified.“
“It is SO GOOD and conveniently close in driving distance to the Boardwalk! The only thing that I didn't like is the parking because it is super tight. Only 6 cars can fit in the lot, otherwise you will have to park on the side street. The staff is really nice and restaurant is clean. So many great burgers to choose from.“
“The open air dining area is a nice change from the usual outdoor seating. The south end is open to the parking lot so you get a good view of the street and sunset. There's indoor seating too if you prefer.Burger options are plentiful and I was really happy to see they offer lettuce wrapped burgers as an option. I love carbs like any other guy but burger buns just don't do it for me. There are a dozen canned alcoholic beverages and 4 beers on tap along with shakes and soft drinks.“
“Excellent service, quality dinning atmosphere, great tasting food. Prices are a little high, but generous portions and great tasting food balance out the cost. Definitely worth the value. Friendly and Inviting staff. They offer happy hour bar specials including their starter food menu. Plenty of seating options whether you order a well drink or a cup of coffee, the setting is very comfortable.“
“I recently visited this cafe, and it exceeded all my expectations! The ambiance is simply enchanting, with beautiful art adorning the walls and a lovely grand piano that adds a touch of elegance. The best part? They host numerous events, making every visit a unique experience. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and the coffee and pastries are top-notch. If you're looking for a delightful and artistic escape, this cafe is a must-visit! 5/5 stars!“
“Ordered the mushroom burger and garlic fries, which was good. The toppings and sauce were good and the garlic fries were crispy. They have a decent menu with some interesting burgers. A little experience imo but worth it.Vegetarian options: Mushroom burger & fries“
“Our visit to seaside fish&chowder was a delightful treat. The fish was cooked to perfection with bomb tartar sauce to match. Also, we pleasantly surprised about the quality of the French fries tasted was like they were freshly peeled potatoes. The service was excellent; our waitress was very attentive. The decor matched the beach boardwalk theme, especially since we were on the Santa Cruz beach boardwalk with sand just a few feet away. You can easily make your meal a beachfront dining experience! 5-Star rating on experience, taste, and service. Thank you, seaside fish&chowder!“
“Fantastic burgers. Really good patties, not too thick and well cooked.Fries are off the chartsHot dog was good. I would recommend a chili dog, the plain one was good even without condiments.Exactly what you expect from this style of restaurant“
