“I have to say this Jack In the Box has the best staff in all of Marina. I frequent all the restaurants regularly and I have to say Gloria...is the kindest, human, beautiful person I have come across in a very long time. I am now devoted to Jack... McDonald's in Marina used to have nice staff but Matthew left and the manager there has denied EBT usage by saying the machine doesnt work. She is rude and makes the staff uncomfortable...people need jobs and we should be happy to serve...Gloria is a shining example. Give her a show of appreciation!!!“

“We were hungry for something other than seafood. The Big Sur looked good. My wife had a burger for lunch so she had the chicken strips. The six pieces looked like a fried chicken, lightly breaded, perfectly fried. I ordered the Big Kauna; a double burger with bacon, jalapeños and two rings of grilled pineapple. We also got a side of onion rings. They were the best onion rings I’ve ever had. Period! The 4.4 rating is low. It deserves a 4.7 at least service was expedient.“

“Just got food poisoning from this location. Drive thru person was also extremely rude and talking to someone on his phone while taking my payment. Never said one word to me , just held out his hand for my card and handed it back to me. No thank you, no nothing... NASTY“

“My wife and I had a wonderful time during a day-trip last Sunday, 4/12/26. Our server did a great job of attending to our every whim and request! “Onion rings and frys cost the same. I always get Onion rings. 1st they are made fresh to order. 2nd they taste better. Recommend with ranch dipping sause. No real atmosphere in the drive through though.
Highly recommend ranch with breakfast Hashbrowns.“
