Divey place which is exactly what you want in an old fashioned burger joint. Burgers were pretty good, and that's a compliment from a self professed burger snob. So far this is the best old fashioned burger in the Santa Cruz/Capitola area. Service was great. Plenty of seating.
It's hard to beat BettyBurger for a combination of quality and variety. They have great specialty burgers that are always delicious.Vegetarian options: All the burgers can be made with veggie patties.

I've always liked their burgers. The Basic Betty burger is good but basic. Veggies are fresh and chilled. Really good fries. I hadn't visited them in a while so stopped into the Aptos location for lunch. My wife had the Basic Betty with cheese. I had the fried chicken sandwich. We shared a regular order of fries. 2 sodas.
