“Georgie's Cook House is located within Roaring Camp. The menu had great selection of burgers, fries, hotdogs and icecream. They also have a vegan burger which is also suitable for vegetarians. We bought the chicken tenders, fries and burger. We were able to order them individually or as a combo which comes with fries and canned soda. The orders are taken at the front side of the restaurant facing the tracks and we picked up at the window in the side. Table and seating is available but they aren't sufficient enough for even a small crowd. Management should look into this and make some more seating available. There is a digital display that shows your order number when ready. Payment can be made via cash or card. Mobile payments are accepted however, the area doesn't have a good cell reception. The ordering and pickup system is well organized. However, the person who takes the order is little slow which makes the line move slowly. People from the beach train have a layover time constraint of 1 hour. So, a faster ordering system would make it more effective.“

“Amazing food, flavor is off the charts. These guys are doing my wedding. They are so pleasant, warm, and helpful. I can’t wait to have them at my wedding.“
“This place has awesome food, the curry ketchup is so delicious, the burgers are done right. There wasn't a single thing we ate that I didn't love. Donnie is also a cool guy and made the vibes good. I highly recommend though it's a bit hard to find but that's part of the fun!“

“Delicious flame grilled burgers! Fantastic fries and it was a down home burger place atmosphere. Only knock I'll give them is that they don't have restrooms, I had to use a port-o-potty across the street and there was no hand sanitizer or way to wash my hands.“

“California in general is a reasonably easy place to find vegan food, but it often comes with a hefty price and either options that are extremely esoteric or copied from the menu of the last page you visited.
While not gourmet by any means, Pretty Good Advice was a perfect merger of almost healthy fare and comfort food, and it didn't break the wallet to eat there.
The seating is pretty limited, and half of the bar-style stools have you looking at a wall close-up, but the atmosphere was just quirky enough to not be pretentious. Although they were reasonably busy, the cooks gave off the impression that they actually might not hate their jobs. The bathroom had arty stickers that meant I stayed in there probably a little longer than the person waiting outside would have wanted me to.
Looking for a quick and no-nonsense tasty vegan meal? I can offer some pretty good advice on a place to try.“

“Overall decent burger in Abbott Square Market. A lot of creative options, and plenty of seating. I'm not sure I'd call this the best burger I've had, or even the best in the area, but it hit the spot for what we were looking for at the time.
Pricey, but not a bad burger by any means. Overall solid!“

“Food was fresh, staff were polite and they actually asked what sauce we wanted for chicken nuggets whereas McDonalds usually makes you tell them and if you forget they won't follow up when they hand over your order. Store was clean and well stocked. I was very happy with my visit!“

“Absolutely the best crab sandwich I’ve ever had!
Seaside Fish and Chowder at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is a hidden gem that every seafood lover needs to visit. I stopped by on a whim and ended up having one of the most memorable meals of my trip.
Their crab sandwich is out of this world—sweet, fresh crab meat served on perfectly grilled sourdough from Sumano’s Bakery, crisped in butter until golden. The flavors were perfectly balanced, rich, and comforting without being heavy. You can taste the freshness.
The staff was friendly, the service was quick even with a crowd, and the location can’t be beat—right near the beach, with that classic Boardwalk vibe.
Highly recommend grabbing a crab sandwich (and maybe a bowl of chowder too!) and enjoying it while watching the waves. This place is a must-stop when you're in Santa Cruz!“

“As a musician playing the part of Jack Bruce, the bass player of Cream, we had a great experience on stage. The lighting was perfect. The atmosphere was over the top and the audience was a very participating dancing audience. A great place to make new friends.
