The space is clean but the sitting area is a little tight by American standards.

Parking: It’s a strip mall and the parking lot has small one way lanes. The parking spots themselves are on the smaller side.“

“The small army working away in the distinctively remodeled aquarium-like building conveniently located on the Paseo De San Antonio is exceptionally friendly and cheerful. The food is exactly what you'd expect (maybe even more)… hot off the grill burgers and fresh made fries. The food comes out quickly. It’s a solid meal at a great price. They even offered a treat for my dog. Other "fast food" restaurants should be taking lessons from CB – they know what they’re doing.“

Not only is there a nice sized parking lot, but there’s plenty to do in the area when you’re done eating! Really appreciate having this little gem in the community and hope to see it thrive for years to come! I personally recommend the LA Dirty and one of the organic agua frescas!

“Been coming here since the 70.s I always get the bacon cheese burger with their steak fries. It is cooked the way a burger should when you go out. Staff has always been courteous. No fountain drinks just bottles and cans. Their combo price is reasonable when comparing to similar type places. They used to have hot rods gather on the weekends and that is always fun to see. Overall its been there for decades and decades and has been able to survive many different economies. That.s saying something.“

“I recently tried the Crispy Chicken Burger at BurgerIM Sanjose and I have to say it was a solid choice. The chicken fillet was crispy on the outside, just as the name suggests, and had a nice crunch with each bite. Inside, the chicken was juicy and tender, which I appreciated because sometimes crispy chicken can be dry, but that wasn’t the case here.

The toppings were fresh, especially the lettuce and tomato, which added a nice balance to the richness of the chicken. The bun was soft and slightly sweet, and it held everything together without getting soggy, even with the sauces. I liked that you could customize the burger to your liking, and I added some cheese and pickles, which made it even good.“

“So I been going to Denny for a while, totally forgotten how awesome Ihop was, I haven't been here since I would say start of the pandemic, food at IHOP is incredibly delicious, the menu i must admit has what every person would like to choose from, service is far and beyond from servers to manager consistently following up and asking if every is good so far, prices are very competitive to other breakfast places..I been missing out for a while on great food, but will return for my next breakfast.“

“Food was excellent! Flat iron steak was done med rare as ordered. Chicken with cranberry sauce and brussels sprouts was perfect. The delicious apple/caramel bread pudding definitely enough to share. The atmosphere is an older converted garage but it is well worth going for the food!

Froster Freeze has alot of upcoming specials that won't be honored for that prices. very disappointing“
