“I've been a regular customer for about 50 years. This is the last one still open. Sadly, the landlord isn't renewing their lease. So April 23, 2024 is supposed to be their last day open. The place is always busy now since the announcement. The staff is friendly, the food comes up hot and fresh. Our favorite is the ribeye sandwich with a baked potato. Reasonably affordable.“

Seems to have more drinks on the menu than the food menu, still should be plenty enough for everyone's preferences. Also plenty of desserts options.Their pancake is huge! Fluffy and as big as a plate.The Mother Clucker is a grilled cheese sandwich with fried eggs, ham, and bacon. The french toasts are also gigantic. I was tempted with the description of the rum cake as "two full cups of rum in every cake" and break my intention to cut down sugar. It was OK, not tasting the rum as much as I thought I would. The melted lava cake is also not bad.The service is quite attentive. Both waitresses for our table have energy that match the decor. Overall a good neighborhood restaurant with fun-filled decor, place is clean, nice seatings, interesting details decor that spark up conversations, food and service is quite good for breakfast/ brunch. I'm the girl at brunch who always has to add hot sauce to her eggs Benny but I didn't even add a drop to this plate bc the hollandaise was so good (this was extra surprising bc they had my favorite hot sauce - The Pepper Plant). My partner got the breakfast sandwich which was also really good as it used French toast for the bread! Loved it!!! Parking was also very simple and the servers were very attentive with refilling coffee/water! Overall recommend and will be coming in my back“
“Overall I really like the Lazy Dog as it offers a good variety of good dishes. During our last visit we tried their chicken wings which were okay. Very meaty which was nice but lacking in flavor and on the undercooked/fatty side (my wife ahi tuna salad was great). “First of all, the hours posted on Yelp and on their front door is wrong. They open at 11:30 not 11:00 AM. We walked around for about 30 minutes and went into the local shops like Rite Aid. The menu has changed. I had my heart set on the Amore prawns which came with salsa, green rice and slaw. Unfortunately this option was replaced by either a fried white fish or a fish grilled in banana leaf and instead of slaw, you get the refried beans which is much less healthy. I enjoyed the white fish (tender and tasty) cooked in banana leaf but it took a long time and was the last item out. My husband had finished his meal (5 items) that included a queso birria taco, two Columbian arepas, rice and refried beans by the time my fish came out. He thought everything was okay and preferred my fish which had more flavor. I think they need more interesting sides like a slaw but limited to just rice and beans. Their complimentary salsa was extremely yummy and it was much better than the Columbian Pink sauce (Salsa Rosada) that came with the arepas. Service was good although our waitress seemed overworked (cashier, server, and waitress).They should turn up the AC inside the restaurant because it was a bit hot. I enjoyed the music that matched the food. My husband reported that the bathroom was clean. I would recommend that they paint the walls a darker color because there were a lot of scratches and marks that made the restaurant feel dirty. The wood tables are a nice touch but need to be waterproofed as our table which had a booth had lots of water damage on it.“

“For those not familiar with this location, I just wanted to give a heads up and say a couple things. First, they do not have a fountain drink machine open to the customers. The employees will fill & give you your drink when your order is ready. Also, if you're dining at the restaurant, they are no longer allowing refills for drinks (I'm not sure if/ when this will end). On the plus side, they do allow for you to use more than one coupon at a time (I've only used 2 at one time, so I can't say for sure that they allow more than that per customer). Hope this helps :)“

I had the salmon burger and it was alright. The fries were decent as well and the prices for everything was a bit high. There was no other customers when me and my partner went in. But the person working there was watching us like a hawk. And then when our food was done she kept shouting at us to get our food absolutely no patience. My partner has a bad foot and uses a kain at the moment. So I guess he wasn't moving fast enough for her because she shouted at him also. It's no wonder his work was so so good with having Clayton Clayton as his manager. Clayton was helping out everywhere. Although they had ALL the stuff to put on a burger you could think of in a salad bar type setting so you could add what and how much of what you wanted to your burger we added nothing and it was the best tasting burger in the bay area.
