“Been going to that place for years love the burgers I gave it a five-star only because it's a memorable place that I went to when I was younger but the sign on the outside says 9.99 for five burgers and I didn't notice it until after I took the picture and their menu I paid 1099 with no cheese and for future customers please put a little bit more red relish in mayo on your burgers we had to ask for extra other than that I love bag burgers❤️“

It’s so hard to find good customer service and Hannah went well above what’s expected. “All Von's Chicken are franchises so therefore not all Von's Chicken are the same. Von's Chicken on Saratoga in the Strawberry Center stands above many of the Bay Area locations with their cleanliness and high food standards. Beer and Alcohol pricing here is so good, it is like Happy Hour every hour they are open. The best part of this restaurant will have to be the owner/chef/cashier/doordash window pickup/bathroom cleaner/kind hearted person, Dominique (cool name for a Korean guy). I'll be back to order more chicken and rip more packs. Thank you for the food and hospitality.“

“We are visiting San Jose for Christmas to see our 97 year old dad, who moves very slowly with a walker and has a hard time getting around. As we were making our way to the front door, Keesha noticed us outside the order pick up door and came running out to guide us into the building and to our table. We were then lucky enough to have her as our server for our meal. It’s hard to find the words for how much we appreciate you Keesha. This is the type of kindness that will change the world. Thank you, thank you thank you and please give her a raise.“

“The place have great decor but it seems like they spent most of their money on decor and marketing. The packaging was very modern and pretty, however, I cannot say the same to the items inside those packaging.
Subpar burgers are too expensive to the point it feels like a novelty. The burger was a little bit too greasy and the bacons' texture tasted more like jerky. Consistently feels off. For example, in the google review and menu pictures the burger seems very appetizing. However, I am not sure if its my luck or something but my burger (A51 for $12) is not giving asteroid but its more of a hat with a brim (check my overhead picture attached to this review).
Their slushies are fantastic though. Fs will return just for the slushies ($4.50)

I moved it up from 3 to 4 after a grubhub order. I got 12 wings and a sushi for around 20 bucks with 4 dollars off deal and the food was pretty good although a bit generic. You can prob find other similar options out there however for the price, its not too bad. I'll prob order again for the slushies and wings but prob not the burger :/“

“This was a great experience. They were busy this afternoon. I like how easy the kiosks make it to order for those who choose to use them. The staff is always ready to help with orders at the counter as well. The screen is very easy to follow with it's layout. The text message feature is a nice option. Our food was delivered right away to our table by a very nice server. Our food was hot & delicious. Also my Dad loves the coffee milkshake here. He said they're the best! I like the crispy chicken sandwich options. Can't wait to go back & try something I haven't yet.“

“The best thing about this place is that they’re open 24 hours! I would definitely recommend it, especially when everything else is closed. The pricing is reasonable, and the service was excellent. Pamela helped our table and was great from the start. She was very patient with us and offered helpful recommendations. She checked on us frequently and went the extra mile to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. She truly deserves a raise for providing such exceptional service.

The food was delicious and came out fairly quickly. The parking lot, however, is a bit tricky. The entrance is narrow and easy to miss, and you may end up passing it and seeing an exit that you unfortunately cannot enter.

One concern I noticed was that the ice cream tub and whipped cream were completely exposed. Customers walk by with easy access, and there were no lids or coverings. This is extremely unhygienic, as someone could cough, sneeze, or touch it, not to mention flies, which do not appear to be prevented from making direct contact.

The ambiance is okay, nothing particularly special, but they did a great job decorating for Christmas.
