“Simple but tasty menu items. Go during off peak hrs to avoid students crowds. The location is very small , so expect it to be packed tightly when your inside. Again, the quality and price justifies the lack of space and other amenties you might have at a traditional resturant. Burgers are very good for their price point. Parking can be tough, you will need to find street parking or parking structure and walk a bit since its located downtown SJ.“

Super pleased with the chili cheese nachos, although less beans and a bit more chili flavor would make it perfect. The pineapple sundae was the bomb! I would skip the fried tacos though, reminds me of the fried tacos from Jack In The Box and Burger King 😬.“

“I was visiting the area for work and decided to try the Korean fried chicken. The Soy Garlic chicken was excellent and tasted just like the chicken I used to have in Korea. I ordered the sauce on the side so it would stay crispy, and it was definitely the right choice. Friendly staff, a clean restaurant, and a great overall experience. I’ll definitely be back if I’m in the area again.“

You put out ads for specials like today 4/19 2 for 10.00 Banana splits ad it has your address and when ì go I'm told it's not for the 4th st location. this is not the first it's happened. Froster Freeze has alot of upcoming specials that won't be honored for that prices. very disappointing“

“Forgot how Juicy burger kills the competition. Burgers are cooked to order, char grilled flavor and thicker meat patties. Fresh condiment bar with mushrooms, lettuce, peppers, olives, pickles..etc.

“This Applebees is pretty standard and while they can’t control prices or promos around this place, they excel in what they can such as… The place looks really good with great service and the manager walking by to make sure everyone is well. TVs are easy to see and there’s even a jukebox that takes cash only with poor sound quality least it’s better than the little tablets they had and WiFi is so easy to connect, just tap and go! The 2 for $25 was fine although the bourbon at chicken being missing is just too bad, the new appetizer was pretty interesting though with that wonton wrapper taco… something…“

ANDRES helped with our order, came to check up on us, and just gave the best service we've ever received. Everything went as smooth as possible. I got the regular cheeseburger with bacon and i was suprised the bacon was cooked perfectly it was juicy and not overcooked! The seasoned fries were ok but very salty although im sad that they don't have garlic fries here.

The restaurant was clean and smelled clean the tables were very clean no garbage or food crumbs left on the table which was really nice. The music was a bit loud and didnt really fit the atmosphere for my liking but this wont stop me from coming back.“

The staff is always ready to help with orders at the counter as well. The screen is very easy to follow with it's layout. The text message feature is a nice option. Lately, the service feels disorganized and slow, the quality seems inconsistent, and that warm Filipino welcome and atmosphere seem to be disappearing. On my most recent visit, I even received only 5 pieces of chicken when I ordered 6. Jollibee shouldn’t feel like just another busy fast-food chain. The Filipino warmth, hospitality, pride, and quality are part of the brand—and just as important as the Chickenjoy. I’m sharing this not simply to complain, but because we love Jollibee and want this location to do better. Please bring back the quality, organization, and unmistakable Filipino spirit that made us fall in love with Jollibee in the first place. We want our Jollibee back. 🇵🇭🐝❤️“

“I came here for dinner 08/22/26. The cashier named Victor was very welcoming and has one of the most exceptional customer service I've ever seen. I wish it was like this everywhere. The rest of the staff was just as great. Food quality was great and they offered a variety of add-ons. Unfortunately, like all fast food restaurants nowadays, the only drawback is the price (which is why I gave it 4 stars), but I'll definitely be back!“

“They have a gluten free Burger 🍔 offering with lettuce wrap instead of the bun. Their burgers patties are on par with In&Out (also offers gluten free lettuce 🥬 wrap). But so many more choices that can be lettuce wrap and their cross cutt fries are better than anyone else. Their service is fast and friendly.“

“It's hard to go wrong with any Five Guys location. This one is no exception. The fries were delightfully salty, and there was a few extra in the bag, as you'd expect. The burger was delicious as well, even if it was extremely messy.

My only real complaint was that the service was a bit slow. But that aside, it's a great place to stop and grab a burger.“
