“It's my first time coming here. Street parking or paid parking lot only. Outdoor and indoor dining. Limited seating inside. Their menu is simple and yet offers enough choices for customers. I love the amount of craft beer choices. I'm glad they support a local craft brewery.

I ordered their No. 1 Hot Chicken Nashville Style Sandwich with fries. I was not disappointed at all. The chicken was crispy in the outside and juicy in the inside. The spiciness was perfect for me. Their fries were thick and well done.

The only thing that needs to improve is the hospitality of the cashier. She seemed like she had a long day based on her flat affect. She did not welcome customers coming in or checked if they liked their food. Other than that, this place rocks!“

“Second time coming here, and it definitely didn't disappoint! This time we ordered the Thai-style grilled chicken with lime leaves. It was perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, and incredibly flavorful. On our last visit, we tried the fish sauce flavor, which was just as delicious in its own unique way.

The whole chicken is a little pricey, but it's absolutely worth trying for the quality and taste. I'll definitely be back to try the other flavors!“

“I was visiting the area for work and decided to try the Korean fried chicken. The Soy Garlic chicken was excellent and tasted just like the chicken I used to have in Korea. I ordered the sauce on the side so it would stay crispy, and it was definitely the right choice. Friendly staff, a clean restaurant, and a great overall experience. I’ll definitely be back if I’m in the area again.“

“I had a coupon for a free burrito and I hadn't been to a location in a long time. I usually prefer small taquerias that have a homemade feeling. However, when I came in here, the employees treated me better than family. I felt so loved. The manager helped me use the new system to order since I was so confused. She went above and beyond to help me. I got two burritos and two horchatas. The horchata was decent but not homemade. The burritos were surprisingly good for a fast food place. I'm definitely coming here if I'm in the area again. The way the employees treated me was the best part. They were too empathetic; in a good way.“

“I’ve been driving by this place for over 20 years looking at the outside of it thinking nah. Don’t want to take my chances. Today I finally did. I was very surprised. The price was very reasonable for the amount of food you get but beyond that the quality was surprisingly good actually delicious. I got the orange chicken with pork fried rice combo. I will likely end up barely finishing the meal so I will definitely have leftovers tonight. Lastly the server and cashier was very respectful and a great host. The inside decor was not lavish like Las Vegas but I don’t care. I just want good quality food at a fair price in a clean environment.“

“Overall pretty good food. We’ve had wings from here a few times and they’ve been pretty tasty. We’ve had a combination pizza recently and it was good for the price.
The orders are taken at the self serve machine. The interior is very canteen feeling, functional industrial design.
Food took a little while to come out I thought but it was good. There were a lot of pickup orders I saw while waiting.
It’s self clean up after you’re done.
Next time I think I’ll just order ahead and get takeout rather than sit.“

The juicy, crispy Chickenjoy, the familiar flavors, and that warm Filipino hospitality have always taken me straight down memory lane to the Philippines. 🇵🇭❤️ That’s why it’s disappointing to see the San Antonio location slowly lose what makes Jollibee special. Lately, the service feels disorganized and slow, the quality seems inconsistent, and that warm Filipino welcome and atmosphere seem to be disappearing. On my most recent visit, I even received only 5 pieces of chicken when I ordered 6. Jollibee shouldn’t feel like just another busy fast-food chain. The Filipino warmth, hospitality, pride, and quality are part of the brand—and just as important as the Chickenjoy. I’m sharing this not simply to complain, but because we love Jollibee and want this location to do better. Please bring back the quality, organization, and unmistakable Filipino spirit that made us fall in love with Jollibee in the first place. We want our Jollibee back. 🇵🇭🐝❤️“

“Was concerned it would be crazy but they were handling the drive thru well. No back up! Pick up was perfect. They haven’t started curbside pickup yet when ordering through the app. They have order windows and plenty of shaded seating outside. Everyone was very friendly.“

“I am a very picky person when it comes to choosing where I eat. It has to be clean and feel comfortable to eat from. I absolutely love this place! The food is so delicious and fresh. I will continue to from here as long as nothing changes. It's clean and even though I've been there when it's packed, the line moves along pretty good!! Employees are friendly as well, my opinion. “I love this place. Good hot food. Extremely clean. Fast and efficient with both walk-in and drive thru.
Walls have fun facts and are entertaining. Bathroom is ADA compliant and always clean.
Employees are attentive and when they aren't taking orders, they are restocking and cleaning. I love the staff, they know my usual and always say hi or ask me how I have been, things like that. I always feel important there.
They have a huge volumn of GrubHub and Uber eats. All the drivers seem satisfied that the orders are fufilled properly. I am not a big fan of the self order machine so I appreciate that they take care of me at the register. Plenty of seating with freshly wiped down tables and benches. Food is good quality and consistant. Employees uniforms are always neat and clean.
I give them 5 stars for the great service, it makes all the difference in the world. Caring shows that the people there love working there. I love this place.“

“Why I think I can still eat this kind of food anytime of the day is beyond me. But I tried and I even was able to get it at a slight discount. Unfortunately, the food just didn't agree with me and it all ended up coming back up and out. And yet it's protein and healthy, it's not fake chicken or fake corn, or even fake tortilla's but for some reason it just didn't agree with me the time I visited this location.“
