“Solid hot chicken. Great variety of options, menu keeps expanding in fresh ways. Staff was incredibly welcoming- even gave my youngest a little sample of the slushie to hold him over as the food was made. Super appreciative of their kindness! Be prepared for the heat if you go above HOT level.“

“Been coming to the location pretty consistently for the last couple years. After initial opening, the food quality dropped a bit and fries were soggy and chicken was moderate temp. However, the last several visits, the food has consistently been hot and fresh, fries slightly crisp and salted and the same consistently friendly service.

After having issues twice at the Pleasanton location, always with veggie wrap, I've never had an issue with my order being correct at this location.

This past visit the line was not long, but seemed to take forever for the line to move. I still rate it higher than any other fast food in the area for accuracy, friendliness and promptness in receiving our order. The cleanliness indoors keeps us coming back as well.

Vegetarian options: Southwest veggie wrap is good. Not sure if it shows up on the menu, but has lettuce, black beans, shredded cheese, corn and tastes great with the avocado ranch dressing“

“I was excited to see this Southern California favorite hit Livermore- with a drive- thru! The staff were courteous, the food was fresh and hot, the order was correct, and it was all very timely. Perhaps my standards are too low, but I just expect safe food, from non-rude employees, in a reasonable amount of time. Some people seem to have complaints that are expecting a bit much of fast food. Definitely will go back!“

“My wife and I eat here every Sunday right after church service and it’s always a wonderful experience. We agreed with smiles and fast service. The store is always clean and there is always plenty of napkins and straws and lids for the drinks. Even the outside part of the store is always clean and well taken care of. “A little shop in the stripe serving skinless moist chicken over rice. Comes with sauce and soup for take out. The chicken is not gamey which is big plus for me. Healthy choice. It’s refreshing over fried/oily food. I only wish they gave a little more veggie and sauce or ask if we’d like some sauce over the rice. I found the sauce not enough for my chicken and rice but still delicious. Would def return when around the area.“

“I really like this place you can get a nice protein bowl beans rice and chicken and pico de gallo with your choice of salsa I usually order a side of tortillas for around 7 dollars I'm giving it 5 stars they give you a lot you can't go wrong for this hearty meal also they have different style bowls to choose from Thanks Pollo Loco“
