“Husband asked if I wanted something from here, I said but it's chicken. And then he showed me their NOT chicken menu, substitute with cauliflower but with the same seasoning, I said yes! Chose the Cauli Slider with fries, heat level medium. The Asian spice level in me didn't taste anything spicy, a reason to order again but heat level hot next time. Husband enjoyed his medium and mild tender and slider. Cheese fries order was generously filled with cheese. Pic shown of the Single Cauli Tender, sliced on the side, thick cut cauliflower. Do not be afraid of the cauliflower, they're doing them right lol. Very tasty!Vegetarian options: Their NOT chicken menu are meatless option, using cauliflower.“
“My good friend from elementary school turned 50 and I wanted to take him out. I offered him all varieties of foods and restaurants including pho, wings, Italian, steak, BBQ... Dude wanted Jollibees. Not only that, there's a Jollibees closer to his home in Milpitas, but instead, he drives out here to north Fremont to come to this one. This particular one is located on the perimeter of a fairly sized shopping center attached to Union Landing and can be seen from the street right next to the Krispy Kreme. Our experience was very straightforward. Step up to the counter, order, wait for your number, Collect and eat. It was not crowded for 5:30 on a Friday and there were plenty of seats. He ordered 2x palabok, a peach pie, and a soda. I ordered the combination one piece chicken joy and two burger patties in gravy with a side. Fun fact, rice is a side and does not come with a meal. It also comes with an extra serving of gravy in a side cup. That extra gravy is needed, as it is the highlight of the meal. The Chicken Joy was very good, and is much like a Kentucky Fried Chicken but a completely different flavor. I was most impressed by the amount of meat that was on the drumstick itself, which felt generous for a piece of chicken. Flavor was pleasant. I do feel that the beef patties w/ mushroom in gravy, although two in a box, were on the small side, the combination of the chicken joy and the rice with the patties was more than adequate to fill my stomach. Mind you these are not just hamburger patties but feel a bit more tender like meatloaf. I can't comment on my friend's meal because I have not ever tasted their offering for palabok (my buddy days it is the same as pancit, but I have my doubts) but I know he enjoyed it and insisted that the lemon packets are a must on that dish. For the peach pie, the Jollibee peach pie is essentially what the old deep fried McDonald's apple pies used to be versus the pastry cake style that they currently offer. If you long for that crispy McDonald's apple pie, this peach pie is the closest thing you can get to it now outside of finding a McDonald's that still has the throwback apple pie. These items came out to $36 which I felt was high, but it is his 50th and food today is expensive all around. All in all, this is essentially a Filipino fast food experience, despite the fact that it was founded by a Chinese person in the Philippines. I do recommend you try it if you've not done so yet, because it is an interesting take on a non-American fast food chain that actually has a degree of success.“
“Excellent place to host parties!! Spacious inside and out. Staff was super friendly and easy to work with. Food was excellent! I had my daughter's 5h birthday party here and had a blast! Would definitely consider this place again for large parties! Pizza was hot and crispy with a nice crust! Chock full of fresh ingredients! Potato wedges were huge, piping hot, and super delicious. Best dish of the day: their fried chicken. Sleeper dish, I'm telling you. Don't knock it til you try it! Super crispy outside and insanely moist and tender on the inside. And I'm talking about the breast! Come yell at me if you don't like it. Thumbs up!“
“Came here for takeout for the super bowl and we were lucky enough to get squeezed in since they were so busy. Shared the medium fried chicken for 2 people which came with rice and salad. Got the soy garlic and spicy medium flavor. Both flavors kinda tasted similar. The spicy one tasted like the soy garlic but it was the perfect level of spice. The chicken was plump and moist, and perfectly crispy, even eating it after taking it home. It's expensive but I do appreciate the sides they give to make it a real meal. The salad was also light and delicious. A perfect compliment to the heavy wings!“
“Yum yum! I love this location so much, very convenient, and the quality of their fried chicken is so crunchy. it stays crunchy after a while. Easy access inside Ranch 99.I highly recommend this location over barber lane, it's hit or miss.“
“Fiji Fry House is between a Salvadoran bakery at the end of the block and a car repair shop across the street. The shop has an American and Fiji flag at it's side, the only decor visible. The food differs from other Fiji eats i've tasted. The food here has it's distinctness and it's influences from Indian food. Offerings: appetizers, curry tacos, Fiji fried chicken, curry rice box, ala carte, desserts, drinks... Drill: order by phone or at window, pay, food cooked to order. Eats: bhajia (9.75) -similar to pakora. Distinct in having thin flour coating, not a thick batter. 4 pieces of grounded spinach, veggies are moist throughout not dry. Has a chutney dipping sauce. Lamb & potato curry (19.75) -crunchy papadum wafer with flavorful vegetable pulao rice of fresh kachumber, pickled veggies, tumeric to soak up masala gravy. -lamb & potato in tomato and spicy masala gravy adds a spicy kick. Very fulfilling. *couple of tables nearby to dine on. **many entrees have a fusion theme combing Indian & Fiji cooking techniques..da best of 2 cuisines.“
“Wow this place is amazing!!!! Every slider is packed with a flavorful punch!!! Be warned the levels of spiciness range from low to extreme. I respect Dave’s Hot Chicken for keeping their menu affordable to the community, thank you for that. The sliders are cooked to order, very juicy, flavorful and HUGE! If you are not adding honey to your slider you are eating it wrong!!!! Eat the slider with honey folks, you will experience a powerful majestic energy within your mouth as you devour the monstrous slider. Love this place!!!To the owner: I suggest adding some music to the place.“
“Lovely little restaurant with the most attentive staff and delicious food. I got some crispy Yang-nyum chicken and it was heavenly. Best Korean fried chicken place I’ve ever been to. The owners are so friendly and make the entire experience so much “
“Came here with some friends right before their happy hour ended but Gina was so nice and decided to honor it for us anyhow! She also brought us soooo many bonchons (note you do have to order an entree for bonchons) We ordered a lot of food which did take some time to trickle out but we understand as Gina seems to be the only server that night. Korean pancake - 4.5/5 I loved this one cause it was thick and very crispy. My friend did say she prefers the pancake at Sisters House tho because it's thinner there Tofu soup - 3.5/5 it was a lil underwhelming and not salty enough and I feel it was missing a little depth of flavor. My friend and I both prefer the tofu soup at Sisters House BBQ Pork Sizzling Platter - wasn't very well charred. I don't usually get sizzling platters but the ones at Sisters House is better The fried chicken - 4.5/5 very good! I liked the crispiness of the chicken and inside was juicy. You do have to pay extra $2 for flavoring or for it to be crispy so keep that in mind. We did dip this into our tteokbokki/sausage sauce which Gina recommended Tteokbokki/sausage skewers - 3/5 I thought it was just okay for the price of what it was lol. I don't love the sausage but the tteokbokki did have a nice lil crisp to it on the outside but with that familiar chew once you get to the center“
“Chicken meets Rice is my go-to when I want a healthy takeout meal! The hainan chicken is always perfectly cooked and the accompanying sauces are fantastic. This place is always super reliable in terms of service and consistency! Also love the ease of ordering online.“
“The Port of Peri Peri in Fremont is an absolute gem and is a must-visit spot for anyone looking for delicious and flavorful food in a beautiful setting. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly smiles and excellent service. The restaurant itself is stunning, with a modern and inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for a fantastic dining experience. We had the pleasure of trying the peri fried chicken burger, chicken and rice bowl, and the 1/2 chicken with cassava fries. Each dish was bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. The chicken was juicy and tender, and the cassava fries added a unique twist to the meal. While the cassava fries were a bit hard to bite into, the overall quality of the food and the ambiance of the restaurant more than made up for it. I highly recommend the Port of Peri Peri to anyone looking for a five-star dining experience in Fremont! We will definitely be returning to the Port of Peri Peri for more delicious meals in the future!“
“This might be a gas station but the way they inject the chicken with seasoning makes a wonderful flavor and not to spicy like popeye's is. They have large boxes of chicken for your family to have leftovers, and your going to want them tomorrow. Deals on 25 pcs or more. Easy to fill up and get dinner at one stop!!“
“My friends and I have ordered from this place many times on Doordash but never have we been to the restaurant. We usually get one of the combos that consists of Korean fried chicken, kimbap, and fries. The fried chicken was delicious and packed with flavor and crunch! Kimbap was decent and fries are fries. From ordering dishes at Aria, I can say that everything has exceeded expectations!“
“korean fried chicken (kfc) in dublin...strip mall location next to luv 2 play...actually located inside bangkok jeong korean bbq restaurant...does have a signage outside, but inside is mainly a kbbq restaurant setup...vons chicken is like a ghost kitchen within...walking in during weekend lunch hours before super bowl....placing an order of the full crunch fried chicken $36.99 (+$1 for wings) and full honey butter crispy fried chicken $36.99 (+$1 for wings)...paying about $85 for 2 full order of kfc wings...roughly 30 minutes...told to wait at the bench by the door and not in the restaurant...restaurant was mostly empty, but constant flow of delivery drivers walking in and out to pick up delivery orders...long wait, but finally ready...plastic bag and boxes partially open to keep it vented to retain the crunch...traveled well and ready for the super bowl...vons kfc was quite popular...the unique sweet and salty flavors of the honey butter is excellent and the most popular choice...the crunch fried is good also...“
“Though there is little in the place for indoor dining; the food is really good. Tasty crispy chicken, great spaghetti and meatballs, ravioli, garlic bread, etc. The food has homestyle taste. Perfect for any night you're too tired to cook dinner. This place has been around for a long time and though the owners have changed; they kept true to the original owner's recipes.“
“Chick-fil-A in Pleasanton, California offers a breakfast experience worth waking up for. The chicken egg burrito was a culinary delight, accompanied by a side of jalapeño sauce for those daring taste buds. And let's not forget the trusty side of ranch, because who doesn't love a good dip? In summary, a morning meal that's sure to put a smile on your face, even if it's before your first cup of coffee.“
“Highly recommend. Food cooked fresh and scrumptious. Delightful and delicious. Person who made my food made it with passion. Great service with a smile. Area it was in was hidden. Needs to be more marketed. This particular day I went it was peaceful until random person came and distributed my peaceful thoughts. But it's okay. One thing I learned in customer service is to ignore the headache and go on with my day. But this skill didn't work. How did I over come this? The food was so flavorful that I was lost of words, I couldn't believe it myself. This isn't no 99 cent blend. This blend is made with love and passion. The owner knows what he is doing. If your going for some good chicken sandos in Fremont, gotta stop by this hidden gem. Highly recommend.“
“Food is good (except shrimp dumplings 蝦餃 which is just so so), service is great, and priced fairly.3 issues: (1) They may not have enough staff to handle good business. (Under new ownership, give it some time)(2) Parking is not easy if you come at noon.(3) It's a bit noisy because the tables are close to each other.I live nearby so I know parking is always a problem, just come earlier and try the good dim sum.“
“It's among our preferred fast food joints. We opted for the spicy chicken fillet deluxe meals along with frozen and regular lemonades. The lemonades, both frozen and regular, are excellent. My only gripe with the location is the limited stalls in the men's restroom. Additionally, parking can be challenging to find at times, so we usually opt for takeout. However, the service is consistently good, whether at the drive-through or in the dining room.“
“Excellent Food - I love their Black Pepper fish and their Thai Spicy Chicken. One of the best Halal restaurants out there... they serve everything in plastic - plates & forks - similarly don't expect much in the way of ambience or decor - we mostly just get food to go.“
“Lord have mercy! This place is a blessing. Get gas, get some chicken, show up at home as if you have not ate yet. Or simply eat and snack while on the freeway. Don't sleep on this hidden gem. Get extra napkins. When it is good, it can get messy“
“I’ve heard a lot about Jollibee’s chicken which did not disappoint. Juice and fried to perfection. I love that when you order a two piece that it is a leg and a thigh. I also had the spaghetti. I know that it is a Filipino comfort food from childhood (I’m not Filipino) but I did not care for it. I’m not knocking it as I have no point of reference to compare it to. The mango peach pie was excellent!“
“Do you like chicken? How about pho? If so, this place is right up your alley! This seems like a newer location of a branch originally based in San Leandro (which I've never been to). It's in the same strip mall as a bunch of Asian restaurants and Marina Foods, so you have no shortage of options. However, I recommend coming here for these reasons: 1. Everything looks super new and clean! The decor, bathroom, and tables were all sparkling. I normally don't mind more cluttered hole in the wall type places but the clean interiors made me feel calm as soon as I walked in. 2. Note that they only serve chicken dishes. Which is fine, because I love chicken. I got the #1 dish which consists of steamed chicken in a big bowl of pho with all the usual toppings. It also came with a delicious ginger scallion concoction which was flavorful and generous. The chicken was piping hot and fresh, and the noodles and soup were nice complements to it. 3. Service was great! They speak both Mandarin and Cantonese so if you want to order in one of those languages, you can (of course English works too). No wait, and while the restaurant is small, like I mentioned above everything is nice and orderly so there's no chaos. Very nice environment to enjoy a warm meal in, especially on a cold day. I'm coming back to try their plethora of drinks! (What's available: Vietnamese coffee, Thai tea, soy milk, various unique sodas)“
