“Okay wow. My kids love this spot and I never tried it bc I thought it was just whatever but I finally ordered a single tender for myself to see what the hype was all about and it was so good!!! I got mild which is just a tiny kick but not where you need to find water and it was so good! Amazingly crispy even after waiting after I had driven home to eat it and the pickles and super soft slice of bread was the perfect complement. The batter is very tasty with a hint of sweet and the chicken itself felt like great quality and wasn’t dry. Okay I get it now! Will order myself some food the next time the kids ask for this!“

“Love Lou's!! Its our go to every time we're in Moraga. Great buttermilk chicken sandwich and we love the pulled pork sandwich too. The curries/ramen are excellent!! They are identical to the former Noodle Theory Rockridge in Oakland. It's a must stop if you're in Moraga!“

“Everything I've brought home from Picnic was made with obvious exquisite quality and care! Their condiments are a boon to our meals, great rotisserie chickens, sandwiches, sides, everything! I get excited when my travels take me nearby and I've got time to go in!“

“If you crave an old fashion burger complete with iceberg lettuce this place is for you. Today was my first time there and I went with the cheeseburger, fries and a chocolate shake. The burger was good. Not great but honest. Gave it 7.5. The crinkled fries were mid. Pretty sure they were frozen. I didn't eat em all. Needed salt. The shake was decent and you get a large. Right there i knew it wouldn't be the best shake. For 20 bucks plus tip it was ok. I don't think i got their best. Next time I'm trying the teriyaki burger and chicken. It's a small, side of the road joint that's so close to being incredible.“

I also love the pickles they have here, i would buy a tub of it. the worker their are so kind and make sure everything is ready and fresh before you get it. “This might be a gas station but the way they inject the chicken with seasoning makes a wonderful flavor and not to spicy like popeye's is. “i came in at 10:25pm (they close at 11) to order takeout. not only was i greeted with the most genuine smile by the person behind the bar, but they were so kind and welcoming. i got the bbq bacon burger sub chicken patty add tomato and lettuce (per their recommendation) and it was SUPERB. chicken? cooked perfectly. bun? doughy and held up throughout the eating of the sandwich. the lettuce was crispy and the bacon was fresh. i also got the garlic parm fries and they were the best ones i’ve had in a long time. after a really long day this was exactly what i needed. thank you very much.“
