We got two 2-piece dark plates and a side of fried okra. We got different sides for the plates so we could try everything.

The chicken was easy to re-heat. It was tasty! I wish I could try it fresh next time. The fried okra was nicely battered and crispy too. For the sides, we got mac and cheese, beans, potato salad, and coleslaw. I want to try their collard greens sometime.

We drizzled our own hot honey on the chicken and it was so good.

“First time here as I was just visiting in town. Food was fast to come out and staff was very friendly. I got a slider and tender combo both hot. Was kinda heavy on paprika but still oddly sweet. Not my favorite, but I think I'd like it a lot more if got a more mild flavor or even spicier depending on what seasonings they use. The chicken itself was very moist and well made. I'd definitely come by again if in the area.“

“This might be a gas station but the way they inject the chicken with seasoning makes a wonderful flavor and not to spicy like popeye's is. “Decent Popeyes they make the food right mostly every time. I was disappointed to arrive last visit to find the lobby closes before posted hours online. They accept EBT hot foods but You cannot use EBT after 9pm or in drive thru. I arrive at 9:02 and was turned away. The drive thru stays open a little longer until posted hours but come early because they were out of most menu items once lobby closed. service was nice someone came out to explain everything to me and employees are always pleasant here. I prefer this location to International“

the red beans & rice with Fanta strawberry soda.
The chicken is hot and the red beans are very flavorful. Then washing it down with the strawberry soda is the cat's meow.“
