“Service was fast and the vegetable sides were the highlight for me.

The roasted cauliflower with red beet tahini, broccoli with chimichurri and toasted garlic, and sweet potato with chimichurri were all delicious!

The whole rotisserie chicken was just OK. It was a little dry and not very seasoned on its own. It came with two sauces, and I chose the chimichurri and chipotle yogurt. The sauces definitely made the chicken much better, but I wouldn’t want to eat the chicken by itself.“

“Was told by a gentleman operating the gondola at the Transit Center to try The Bird. Said it was the bear chicken around. The prices seemed okay but when we got the sandwiches, the price was even better. Biggest piece of chicken I'd ever seen on a sandwich. Taylor tots were great and the drinks allowed for multiple refills.“

Really like this place. The price is fair, food is simple but well made, good options for good veggie sides, salads, and chicken-centric mains. The brussel sprouts are crazy good.“

“I gave 4 stars because the spicy chicken sandwich was really good! It was flavorful, crispy, and definitely something I’d order again. Unfortunately, the service was pretty bad and not very welcoming. The food saved the experience for me. Hopefully the service improves next time.“

“Ok, I really want to give them 5 stars, but it's gas station fried chicken y'all, 😆 so it can't get 5 stars. The chicken is unexpectedly delicious! Perfectly fried, no batter, just flour and amazing seasoning. Has a slight acidic, spicy vein running through the seasoning. Really quite satisfying at 2am when the bars close, or buy a bucket for Sunday picnic. It's a franchise, so you can find it in most cities, at least in California. But again, it's in a gas station convenience store, so it's not a dine-in, seated meal. Some of the best fast food out there! I mean, who doesn't crave fried chicken every now and then?!“

“Hands down the best overall lunch spot for me in the area. It checks off all the boxes: fast, healthy, affordable (SOMA <$20), quality, and delicious.

I’ve been coming here for 6 years and ordered using multiple ordering platforms, and they always get my order accurately and prompt.

Usually I take my order to go, but a few times I’ve eaten in, and their tables and seating is favorable. A few spots indoors, and several outdoors in the garden plaza with some shade.

Everything is good. I never had their vegetarian option, but I guarantee their chicken breast is moist and minimal gristly parts. Their KMG sauce is to die for, and their other sauces is a plus.

“Everything was sweeter than I expected. First few bites of chicken were really good and then quickly it became too sweet. The crunch was excellent. Cheese balls are tasty but imo overhyped and overpriced. If you’ve had Korean sesame mochi ball bread it’s like that texture with cheese inside.
They forgot my sauce so I had to go back and ask for it, check before you leave!“

“My favorite fried chicken chain of them all. Love the juicy and spicy interior. Crispy but not burnt. Skin is all perfect with the juice thigh meat.

Customer service is excellent. They really take care to make sure the chicken is hot and ready when you eat it. Sealed packaging for easy transport. Overall, I love it“

“I like the chicken here ots just as good buying in person as it is being delivered. The pieces are big, food is always hot when I get it. They could do better on the sides tho. They are too small in size and the Mac n cheese needs more seasoning aka more flavor. I just get the 8 piece chicken and I got my own sides. Overall it's really good chicken and I will continue to eat at this spot. I love chicken so this 1 is right up my alley. “I have been here since I was young and I have frequent this location a lot, I usually stop by when I am in need of a quick bite or when I am in the area where I am craving for some chicken. This location is one of the safest and cleanest KFC in the city. Everything always comes out fresh and on point from here. They offer many delicious options to choose from such as their world famous fried chicken, tenders, wings, sandwiches, nuggets, bowls, family meals, combo items, desserts and much more to choose from. Everything here is mostly made to order which is always a plus for me since it is quality over quantity and I never mind the wait since I am a very patient person. The staffs here are welcoming, well trained, professional and understanding where I had never encountered an issue during any of my visits and I always leave satisfied. You have the option to dine in, order for take out, pickup an online order or simply have it delivered to you through a food delivery app. They accept both cash and cards for the payment. I highly recommend this place to all fried chicken enthusiasts, if you are in need of a quick bite just like me or if you just so happen to be in the area to check them out. Paid a ton of money and they left out all chicken, bacon or onion and I swear put in someone's old grilled cheese as croutons. So I tried Mixt. Boiled chicken instead of crispy and no cucs.
