I ordered a Fried Turkey meal for my family a week before picking it up. When I went to pick it up, the manager told me they messed up the turkey. What?? They asked me to wait an hour so they can fry another one. All while my family is waiting at home.
When it came time to finally pick up the Turkey, they forgot all the sides. Waited some more because they had to cook more biscuits.

The food is always good. However whenever I go there during prime time 5 to 7 PM they are always out of something. You would think during the dinner rush they would have enough checking on him to handle it. But off and they don’t. It’s become kind a like a game

Giving it a one. Everytime we ask for plates they say they don't have any. Customer service sucks with one of the guy that work there. I'm pretty sure he's the manager because he's always there. Way to be a role model for your employees! This KFC is cheap and if they want to stay in business they should start by pleasing their customers with something small like giving out plates and other side items if asked.
