Get the Mr. Lee’s and Yang yum flavors! Go get some chicken and tell me I’m not lying here! The kimbap was also very yummy and perfect.“

“Food was good as usual, however this location seemed to not have their trash bins and tables cleaned? At first we thought maybe it was because of a staff shortage, but when we looked behind the counter/into the kitchen, there were so many of them on duty. And the shop wasn't necessarily super packed. But the trash bins were overflowing and tables were not wiped. Maybe none of the staff wanted to do trash duty so they kept pushing it off hoping someone else would step up and do it? Either way, it wasn't a great experience cleanliness wise.“

“I ordered a chicken katsu, but they then told me they were sold out and let me change it to a pork tonkatsu and also have me the option of a potato hotdog or something else because of the miss communication. super nice lady at the front. pork tonkatsu is really great. my only downside is they didn’t have unagi sauce as an option. it pairs really well with katsu“

“This is my go to place for Mediterranean food in Walnut Creek. The many bowls are really delicious and a good choice for a nutritious meal. The flatbread are really great and fresh tasting with unusual toppings. The staff is great and very helpful. I can't say enough how much I love this place!“

“Amazing chicken but even better service.

First time here didn't know what to order, I usually feel like the annoying customer everyone hates when I ask what to try for a first timer. Thankfully Leilani and Alexis were super sweet and patient with me as we went over the more popular items.

I ended up going with the new trio bundle and it was amazing. The cheese pulls on the mozz were top notch. The extra hot option is killer so beware. The chicken was brined and juicy throughout. I'll definitely be back.

“I kid you not, I cannot find a better chicken sandwich restaurant in the entire Bay Area than Lou's. When my friend introduced it to me 2 years ago, I feel in love with this place. The vibe is nice, the staff is wonderful and efficient in their work, and the product is amazing thanks to the aforementioned qualities. Each variation of their fried chicken sandwiches are great with their unique flavors, from simple buttermilk to their sweet caramel fish sauce and their savory karrage is ome you can't pass. I have only had their sandwiches and fries, but I will definitely try their rice and noodles plates in the future.

My only regret right now is that I didn't grab a sandwich before moving down south, but rest assured, when I come back to town to visit, this will be the first restaurant I go to. I hope this review and the fact that this is my first ever Google review will show how great this restaurant is.“
