Angry Chickz is a restaurant that has received mixed reviews from its customers. While some customers have praised the great customer service and the flavorful food, others have pointed out areas for improvement.
The restaurant's food has been described as "really flavorful" and "yummy", with the chicken being a standout. Customers have enjoyed the sauces and the fries, which go well with the chicken. However, the temperature of the food has been an issue, with some orders arriving not as hot as desired.
The service at Angry Chickz has been a point of contention. Some customers have reported excellent service from their server and the store manager, while others have found the cashier to be lacking in customer service skills, being "spaced out" and not calling customers to pick up their food. The restaurant has also been criticized for not providing trays and napkins for dine-in orders, forcing customers to ask for them.
Despite these issues, many customers have expressed a willingness to return to Angry Chickz, particularly during less crowded times. The restaurant's grand opening was reported to have had a large crowd, with people waiting in line for free gifts. Overall, Angry Chickz seems to offer a decent dining experience, with the potential for improvement in the areas of customer service and attention to detail.
