food and drinks are great! but there's this one lady who just gave me an attitude and said can you not move other people's food? i mean like i understand pero like , can you not give me an attitude and say it in a nice way? girllll the audacity. fyi we moved the food because they're switched with our order, then other staff said it doesn't really matter i mean who knows what's your rules are???do WE work there?? work on your attitude! try your sb drinks, give you some vibe!
Great vibes, great service, and great drinks! I'd like to specially thank Melody for her outstanding job at making my drinks! Though it may be a difficult drink to comprehend, she always strives to perfect it in any way she can. One time I particularly remember of how I ordered my drink and she put a cup of foam on the side just how I like it. The cool part is I didn't even tell her she just remembered. New Store Manager. Sometimes, out of what I would like or they forget to update inventory on app. But staff is awesome still! ? That's why I go cuz they're friendly! If ordering in the AM, order 30 minutes before pick up. ? They could use a 5th staff person, so busy. They work so hard!
