Very rude staff. The cashier didn’t even greet us and when my husband said Hello she didn’t even reply back, throughout dealing with us she had a stern face as if she was doing us a big favour by taking our order. I usually go to this place but now onwards I will never go.

I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks location. The store itself is filthy; tables were a mess, food on the floor. I honestly would not be surprised if they had mice in the back. The service was even worse; extremely rude staff, specifically the red haired girl in the front had a terrible attitude & was rolling her eyes from the moment we walked in, they refused to cut my sandwich in half, instead handed me a plastic fork to do it myself & wouldn't even heat it up. I will never be returning & will be letting all my friends & family know how distasteful this location truly is.

First time I see starbucks who won’t ask your name on order.. also when your order is done the guy whispers the order’s name.. same with the lady.. they wisper.. ton of sandwiches and cups in the pick up place someone gets confused ? which one is mine!

Cashier wasn’t friendly ( you need people with customers service skills )The tall guy who was doing drinks made his friends drinks first when I order first just because he knows them it was disrespectful and not professional. Very poor customer service I don’t think I’m coming back .

Very unprofessional manner of some workers here esp the asian lady (black hair) kind of chinese. Looking at my order to see if it was placed on the counter since she had not been calling names, i moved one of the cups to get a clearer view of the name on the sticker to make sure it belonged to me, then she raised her voice and said “dont touch foods!” I mean, you were not voicing the names of the order and i need to see if one belonged to me so how am i even supposed to know that my orders are ready? What an inappropriate way of calling out. Her manner and her approach is very embarrassing and must be called out. I am calling the management team of this branch to pls revisit the customer service approach of your team, the communication and manner is not very costumer friendly. Customers are not little kids. Place it in a way that costumers will see their names if you dont want to announce names. This is not the first time but third time their worker approaches costumer in a rude manner.
