This review is specific for the cake my wife ordered on my birthday on 4th November. This time it was disappointing as the lower part (bread) of the cake was very hard and nobody was able to eat.
I’m a customer for a long time here and have made a routine to visit here almost every weekend to have their Cake, puffs, snacks and especially the tea. The birthday cakes are definitely praiseworthy. I am a huge fan of their Falooda cake, ordered it once for my daughter’s birthday and became a fan since - The quality of food and ambience has certainly reduced in the recent past which needs some urgent introspection by the management.
