Most of the time there is fast service (20 minutes or less). Once, it took one hour due to rush hour and an internal miscommunication, but they gave my friends and I free apple juice to make up for the wait. I think Din Ding has the best Xiao long bao in Fremont. They are chewy and have lots of broth inside. Just too bad they caught on fire from the laundromat next door. So...they've been closed for about 1 year ow. I don't know when they'll open.
