“4stars means excellentEverything we ordered was very good. The green onion pork noodles and dumplings and fried pork buns were all outstanding. Other noodle soups were less exciting, but all well done. I'll certainly go back when I'm in Fremont.“
“Bing's Dumplings has very authentic pork soup dumplings and "spicy and sour noodle soup with minced pork and potatoes". Bing's pork soup dumpling is at lease same or even better than Shanghai's famous "NanXiang" pork soup dumpling. The spicy and sour noodle soup is originated from China's ShanXi province, I had lived in it's capital Xi'an for a few years and had my first "spicy and sour noodle soup with minced pork and potatoes" there. The potsticker is also yammy. We always comes back to Bing's for the nostalgic food:-)“
“So. . .when I'm sick. . .I NEED porridge/congee/jook. . .and my go-to place is no longer there so I had to hunt around (in my haze of sickness). We literally pass this place ALL THE TIME but had yet to try it so when I needed my jook, I gave it a try. The jook is excellent and CHEAP. Flavorful (not watered down like some places) and full of meat and the century-old eggs. Defintely hit the spot. We tried the BBQ pork buns too and while they look a little different - also delicious. Will definitely be switching my go-to comfort food place to here. (FYI - I'm American born Canto who knows her food, my parents literally owned a Chinese restaurant for 35 years). . .if it's not good, I don't EVER go back. I've gotten food here twice in 2 days. It's not a luxury restaurant and we've only gotten takeout but the service is quick and efficient. Interior is nothing to gush about and the space is small (not good for large groups) - I will probably stick to takeout but they're literally 5 minutes from my house so it's fine.“
“I loved the fact that the tables were spaciously spaced out. I love it when there is plenty of elbow space. The food was pretty good and the selection were wide. My favorite is the No Mai fan.it was so tasty. I loved all our dishesParking: Plenty of spaces“
“I kept driving past this place and finally stopped in. The reviews don't lie! Then roast pork is so good!! The skin is crispy perfection and the pork is seasoned so well. The roast duck is also really good and comes with a sauce. I grabbed the last of the roast pork and the last of the bbq pork buns that Yelpers said was yummy. My hubby and I grew up eating those from places off Clement Street in SF and are our fave. He said he's had better in SF, but these were the best he's had in the East bay. The owner is really nice and she was very welcoming. They've been in business for the last five years!“
“Came here for the first time and it was better than I expected. When you get inside it's a bit overwhelming due to numerous menus all over with different items and combinations as well as being surrounded by a large L shape counter of food to look at and order from. This spot is small and is full of boxes when you walk in. There is no seating inside or outside. It's an order and go kinda place. The woman helping us was very friendly and even gave us a fried fish piece. They gave us very large portions as well. I had the bbq pork and chow mein combo. You can pick between thick or thin noodle chow mein and they top it off with steamed cabbage. The noddles were pretty tasty but were a bit oily for my liking. The bbq pork had a nice flavor and I really appreciate the generous helping. It did have quite a bit of fat in between the pieces so I had to dissect most of it. I don't know if that's something they could really control though. The steamed buns with red bean paste was the shining star! In the past I haven't been a big fan of red bean paste but these buns have converted me. They were soft and bouncy with a good amount of red bean paste. It wasn't too sweet either. It complimented the bun nicely. Overall I would come back and try them again and will for sure order more steamed buns.“
“Great little dim sum place. I am not an expert, but i loved the tripe, xiaolong bao (yes, I know, it's from Shanghai, but what the heck ?), siu mai and sticky rice. The many Chinese families around me seemed to agree, so I trust them. ?“
“Stopped by BK's Bistro for some Saturday lunch dim sum!Two of us ordered:-tea $1.25/pp-steamed shrimp pork dumpling (shumai) $6.19-chicken feet $5.19-steamed shrimp dumplings $6.19-steamed shanghai style dumpling $6.19-steamed beef tripe ginger green onion $5.49-pan fried pot stickers $5.19We definitely ordered a lot for two and had some leftover. Could have gone without the pot stickers. XLB was on the heavier side and stuck to the tin. Chicken feet and shumai were good. “We love the Hong Kong milk tea chicken feet, fried taro, sticky rice and beef balls. Hargow, siumai, were just so so. Nice little place and people.I saw a picture of a variety box but they didn't have that anymore.Closed Tuesday. Affordable and good to take out.“
