I wanted to try the poor boys, but got their crawfish pasta instead at their recommendation and boy was I glad I took the recommendation. Every bite of the pasta had crawfish, bouncy, no need to peel any off the shell; fabulous experience. The pasta was a beautiful blend of creaminess, heat, al dente rotini pasta, and crawfish. The atmosphere at 9pm on a Wednesday with the live music, crowd of locals, unbeatable.“

“We discovered this gem by accident while passing by on a road trip, and oh, it was incredible.
You get so much value for any dish you order. The Bun Bo Hue with the short rib was so tender, the meat simply fell off the bone! The bone was about 10 inches long too .Their broth is also super flavorful, probably because of the fermented fish they add into it.
The pho was tasty on every level, and the tripe and tendon were super soft too. We could barely finish our bowls.
Service was quick and friendly, especially our server Yen. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
We will definitely show up again!“

If you're looking for Hawaiian and Chinese American comfort food, this is the place to go. I can honestly recommend so much of the menu, but my absolute favorite thing they make is their gravy. Their chicken cutlet with gravy is so good (same thing with their gravy fries), but a hot tip for your dipping needs is that they'll sell you the gravy separately if you ask for it.“
