“I am a regular at this neighborhood In-N-Out and their quality of food is consistent. My go-to are a protein style 4x2 and fries light well! The drive-through lines (or even the dining room times) can be long like in most In-N-Outs. I avoid going at busy hours.”

“We've come to Aqui for at least 10 years. I'm still sad about the pesto cilantro dressing for the grilled salmon salad. But I tried a beef Supreme bowl. I'd have it again. Beef was tender. I may hold on the cotija cheese... it was a little strong. The chips were good. Although the guacamole was a little on the small side compared to earlier times. And the industrial strength margaritas??? Well.... those are always bomb.”

“Getting our swirls on is always a good time ....good thing to know... I used my aquis $$$ and if you have a difference they give it to you in cash so I used that and some extra cash for the tip....I recommend the paradise swirl and the salmon salad good til the last bite ?”

“I just received a breakfast delivery via Grubhub, and whoever did that understands me. Over-easy eggs packaged with wonderful hash-browns, and I like to spread the yolks over the potatoes. Country-fried steak packaged with a biscuit, so that it's easy to spread the gravy on the biscuit. All excellent.”

“I enjoyed a lovely small, single-serve pizza. I adore the thin, super-crispy edge that comes on their crust. The decor could use some updating, but the place is very clean and tidy and the counter servers are very friendly.”

“My husband and I just stopped by Mexico Lindo for a quick dinner and as always, we're very happy we did. We had the Mexican Chile Beans with the Chile Colorado option. Delicious!!!!! The portion was very generous in a large bowl, and hot! Beautiful presentation with big chunks of pure meat and a drizzle of melted cheese. We'll definitely be ordering that again on our next visit!”

“Nice local place for breakfast - has the same basic menu as the place off meridian.Food pretty solid, but not any real standouts to make it a destination spot.I like the biscuits and gravy combo. Staff friendly, the place is comfortable like and older diner.”

“Highly recommended and I'll be back! I purchased a Chocolate Marble Cheesecake. It was very very good and everyone who had a piece loved it. I would suggest pulling out of the freezer at least 1 hour before serving to get that perfect texture and so it's not too cold.”

“Some of the best barbecue in Northern California! The burgers were juicy and crisp and the fries were to die for! Super fast service, food was out within 10 minutes, and they made everything fresh. Highly recommend.”

“Taiwan Restaurant offers a delightful blend of traditional Chinese ambiance with a menu that caters to the Chinese-American palate. The elegance of the decor transports you to a different realm, with its clean, tidy, and authentically Chinese interior. The menu is comprehensive, featuring classics like Kung-pao Chicken, Mongolian Beef, and Hot & Sour Soup among others. And yes, the fortune cookies at the end of the meal are a sweet nod to tradition. The food here is not just about satisfying hunger, it’s about experiencing a rich culinary tradition. Every visit here is a tasteful journey I look forward to. Highly recommend for those seeking a classic Chinese dining experience with a touch of American flavor!”

“I had the crab melt. It was amazing. My wife tried something off the specials menu. She had the chicken pot pie. She said it was the best one she ever had. Their portions are huge. I should have stopped after half the sandwich .”

“More like Nothing Bundt ICING cakes have more icing than anything else.I'm sure the cakes can be better done, but for now let try to actually have more cake. I love your cakes but I don't want to have to feel like I lost money after seeing this big ball of icing behind.”

“We got the cheese bread for an appetizer, which didn’t last long enough to take a picture. My kids got the pizza, I got the eggplant parm and my boyfriend got the baked lasagna. We all loved it. If we were closer this would be our go to for pasta! Will return if ever in the San Jose area!”

“I liked the various selections from wine, meats, pasta ingredients and desserts. The food was just okay to me. My husband enjoyed his meatball sandwich. We bought the large tray of lasagna, I didn't think it was worth it. The clam chowder was too creamy for me. However, I would still come back because I liking supporting local family businesses.”

“Breakfast burrito was great! Hot sauce was fairly spicy, but it comes on the side so you use as much as you want. The breakfast burrito alone was enough to get me to come back. The dark roast coffee didn't have as much kick as I would have liked, but it wasn't bad. Service was great. Would definitely return!”

“Celebrated my dad's birthday here and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The owner was friendly and checked in often. We ordered the seafood pasta, salmon, chicken marsala, sole almandine, and the angry Arrabiata pasta; everything was delicious, including the complementary bread. They even threw in a free dessert which made the lunch that much more special. Highly recommend and will be back!Tip: as others mention, the entrance is off Minnesota (NOT Lincoln).”

“Drooooooool. Everything is delicious here. The cold cuts, the RAVS, the desserts. Really this is a gem in Willow Glen/South Bay. Get there early or a line forms- but the guys across the counter (many from the family) are nice people, who want to serve you asap. This is a charming place that I hope stays strong for generations”

“I really like the hot Vanilla Lattes here. The danishes are sweet and the Thai Ice tea is a little sweeter than some. But everything is delicious and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming early morning.”

“This is one of our favorite spots for a relaxing dinner with friends and family. On this particular Sunday, we decided to have an early dinner and the restaurant was not busy with less than 15 people dining. The food was as good as always...always. However, on that Sunday evening, our waiter still had much to learn about "the hospitality business." Our waiter arrived, took our order and shortly later returned with our salads. Besides having the wrong dressing, which we did not mention, it was crisp, fresh and delightful. First clue...not inclined to pay attention to the customer. When finished, the salad plates remained on the table until the waiter showed up with our dinner entrees and stood there waiting for us to remove our salad plates and put them on the adjoining table. Second clue...really would rather work at a 'fast food' establishment. There are many components to running a restaurant but service and food are on display to one's customers. They need to be done correctly.”

“This is my all time fav place. Staff is extremely nice and helpful to your needs. They keep it very clean. I love their horchata and veggie options with the two sauces. My fav in this pic is super tacos $5 each, loaded with all veggies, greens, salsa, rice and beans, cheese, avocado. I've not had such a good horchata even in Mexico. I eat there at least once a week.”

“I read one review here with a person saying the food here was tasteless. They are probably used to the overly salty Burrito Factory stuff. The Chile Verde here at Playitas is amazing. I have lived in San Jose since the 70's and grandmas ChilI Verde here is the best. But i like everything on the menu. Not many traditional small mexican resteraunts left in San Jose anymore. There used be so many everywhere.”

“You guys, THIS is the place. I work a few blocks away and have been looking for a good sandwich spot for lunch (there aren't many) and I have found my go-to in Freshly Baked Eatery. Fast service, fresh ingredients, perfect ratios of meat/cheese/toppings and the BREAD is fantastic. They are cash only but have an atm on-site. Highly recommend.”

“Rating: 4.5/5Service was good and the almond croissant was great! For my drink, I thought I’d try the carmelito, which…I thought was okay…maybe it wasn’t my kind of drink and so I didn’t enjoy it as much.I would want to come back in the future and try something I would normally get so I have benchmarks to compare it to.”

“Unique and upbeat place! Food was fresh and delicious: the blend of flavors in the pear Gorgonzola salad was divine. Killer key lime pie which was more like a cheesecake. Super friendly team working there. Good place for families or anyone!”

“Impeccable service from the moment we stepped in. The staff is professional, courteous, and eager to cater to your every need. They make dining here a memorable experience. The steaks are nothing short of extraordinary. They are cooked to perfection, seasoned to perfection, and delivered sizzling hot. The sides are equally impressive, and the quality of the ingredients is evident. The restaurant's ambiance is a blend of sophistication and comfort. The cozy booths and elegant decor create an inviting atmosphere. It's the ideal place to indulge in a steak dinner and make lasting memories.”

“We always have a great time over a great meal at Teske's Germania. This restaurant has been and continues to be on our regular rotation of dining establishments in the South Bay area. Dining at Teske's during Oktoberfest is always a special event with live music in the back courtyard provided by The Internationals.”

“Great restaurant, food, and staff! If you're sitting outside, it can be loud due to cars but not much the restaurant can do about that. My family loved the music playing in the background and really enjoyed the food! Would recommend to my friends and others!”

“Service from Allen was wonderful. Food was excellent, atmosphere was welcoming Without alcohol, a four course meal will set you back about $180 per person. Everything was worth it. Thank you for the unforgettable night.”

“The food was amazing but my favorite was the chicken drumstick and beef. It has a cute atmosphere and has hand washing sinks available which was nice. Utensils were available at each table if needed. Friendly staff but food came out very slow. Overall would recommend.”

“My “have to” stop when I fly out of San Jose. Their food is fantastic and the service is impeccable. Tonight it was Swordfish carpaccio for starting the journey followed by lamb shank ossobuco. Fantastic flavor, love that they put a lot of carrots with it. A glass of Negro Amaro Cantele Salento off of their extensive wine list goes perfectly.”

“I love this place! Leona, the owner, is an amazing cheese connoisseur. The wine selection is fabulous and paired very well with the happy hour or dinner menu. I would highly recommend for private parties, dinner or brunch.”

“Came to pick up lunch quick from work. Ordered a bit ahead and it was ready at the pick up shelves. Very easy to find my bag and overall easy in and easy out.Got the not so fried chicken sandwich which I actually really loves. Perfect sizing and crunch to it.Also got the avocado and quinoa salad, not big into salads but thought I'd try it as it's the best selling salad on door dash but just thought it was ok maybe missing a protein to wrap it all together.Overall will definitely be back to try more sandwiches”

“Nice place, food is pretty good. Lots of Vietnamese places have pho broths that are way too salty, high in MSG, and overly flavorful. KV Noodle's pho broth is lighter, more refreshing, and not too overwhelming in flavor that I get tired of it half way through. They have a veggie option, but I think it still uses animal broth. Service is decent, though they are unable to accommodate any order changes (not the end of the world). Vibe is good, there's actually a small sports bar which is unexpected for a Vietnamese place. Overall great place, open to being back for the food!”

“Kings is a great spot in the mall to rest your feet and grab an order of oysters and fish and chips. They have a pretty good selection on tap and the service is always friendly. Things can take some time but it's the mall so one needs to remember what comes when high volume, patience. Everyone works hard to deliver a great experience. I've eaten here pretty frequently after shopping at Valley Faire. The ambiance is a bit loud and noisy from families, but it's nothing uniform this type of setting. Overall, delicious”

“Great selection of pasta dishes and ample portions. The Fruita Da Mari was excellent with large portions of shellfish...one of the best I've had! The intimate side dinning tables make it a very romantic evening. Good spot for any occasion!”

“We used Bay Area Ice Cream Catering for an employee ice cream social earlier this month. They were great to work with! My colleague who arranged the event ended up getting COVID and we had to reschedule twice due to that. John was fantastic about it and didn't give her any grief about needing to swap dates, which she really appreciated. On the day of the event, they arrived in plenty of time to set up and have everything ready in time for our employees to arrive. The ice cream was delicious (definitely a premium quality) and there were plenty of topping options to choose from. Everyone loved it - and the price was very reasonable, too. The entire event from the initial inquiry through clean-up afterward was totally stress-free. We absolutely plan to use them again for future events, and highly recommend them to anyone who is considering an ice cream stand for their event!”

“TLDR: Machine is between Gates 33 and 34 of Terminal B. $11.99-13.99. Good quality - between takeout soup noodle and those Costco frozen wonton bowls, depending which bowl you get.More: Am too full from eating the vegan tan tan (was spicier than I expected! I think the tonkatsu fillings hold up to being frozen better). May add more later if I can still edit thisVegetarian options: Vegan Udon must be good since it was sold out. I got the vegan tan tan and forgot it was vegan for a minute”

“Food is OK; nothing special. However, they seated us immediately, service was great, and unlike the previous restaurant we tried that illegally turned us away because of my stepdaughter's service dog, the dog was not an issue here. Clean bathroom and clean restaurant. Service overcomes the OK food; recommend.”

“The food here is really good. There was a mix-up with my order due to language barriers but other than that, no complaints. Our server was okay, could have been a little more pleasant. The place was packed, atmosphere is a little bit on the loud side but understandable since the tables are crowded in and it was very busy at 9:00 p.m. on a Sunday”

“Burgers are huge. Fresh and cooked perfectly. Everything is made to order, so you gotta be patient. Worth the wait. It can be messy depending on what toppings and how you doll it up. Not huge inside,1 med/lrg table in the middle that fits 6. Parking lot is big, price is fair.”

“Their cakes are so spongey soft. Perfect texture for me. Their red velvet and limited time lemon raspberry are nice but my favorite is the chocolate chocolate chip. The added texture from the chocolate chips is so nice. Frosting is definitely on the sweeter side. Tip for regular customers: Keep your receipt for BOGO free on your next visit :)”

“VERY complete menu with a friendly staff. We visited on a Sat night and there were plenty of open tables at 6:30pm. We ordered three dishes plus steamed rice and everything was table side within 5 minutes. Desserts are pretty expensive as is the beer at $9 per 12 oz bottle. All the flowers inside the restaurant are for sale. Nice touch!Parking: Huge parking lot that part of the shopping center. Plenty of free parking.”

“This is a great place for coffee and sharing your favorite desserts. Our friend could not have sweets so he opted for a Turkish coffee and we chose various treats for the table and take home. The decaf latte was out first, it was great with the raisin cookies (perfectly crisp and chewy at the same time) and pear almond tart (great almond flavor). The Turkish coffee was a fun taste, the coffee grinds at the bottom reminded me of "cowboy coffee." We took home a box of mixed cookies for one household as well as a small fruit tart for another household. There are tables outside and a couple inside to enjoy your treats. Service is friendly and efficient.”

“Let’s talk about their lunch special. It may be the best deal around, especially against chains like the panda X. you get freshly prepped dish plus rice and soup. so in many ways far superior deal. and it taste good. nothing to backflip over but its good, huge portions, and the broccoli was crisp, not limp. great meal in my opinion. check the video evidence!”

“This is probably one of the only places I would drive 1+ hours to San Jose for. It's a very small place with basically no place to sit being run by the sweetest older gentleman. This is more likely a to-go kind of place even though they have a few tables for you to eat at. Everything is vegetarian which is always amazing and everything is delicious!! I don't even know what was on that combo plate, but I loved every bite of it. If anyone asks me for recs for the South Bay, this is the spot I always give.”

“Wonderful diner to sit back relax and enjoy some nice comfort breakfast/brunch bites.Parking can get tight at times though there will always be a spot or two that you can get to grab.We went in just before noon for a quick brunch. Got seated outside and were approached for placing an order right away in a courteous manner. We ordered a couple of modified speciality Benedicts. One of them consisted of House potatoes along side english muffins topped with poached eggs, spinach , salmon bites (IIRC it was Salmon and not crab cakes scrambled) topped with some sour cream and Hollandaise sauce. The other order was again a benedict which had hash browns on the side while the muffins and the remaining part remained the same as first order. The taste was great and the a cup of black tea really complemented it well for me.Took our time to finish the meal and were presented with the check right after which we took care of and headed out. All in all a great experience which i definitely would like to repeat on one of those days where you feel relaxed and crave for some good comfort food!!!”

“This hole in the wall speakeasy had some top shelf cocktails. I’m a big fan of old fashions, and there’s did not disappoint. The ice cube was the best part because it was clear and high-quality. The taste of the old fashion was sweet, but had a nice blend of whiskey to it. My friends got those cocktails in the milk jars with the paper straws, they were pretty good too. Pricing is not too bad. Ambiance of the speakeasy was great. Very old vibes/modern Americana with a nice young adult crowd. Not too busy on a Friday night which was nice. I was not aware they served food as we just went for late night drinks.Dietary restrictions: We only came in for drinks, I did not know they had food here.Parking: We got lucky and found a spot pretty close by on the street. Otherwise we would’ve parked in the structure.Kid-friendliness: I would 10 out of 10 recommend not bringing a child here. In addition to them, not having a good time you’ll probably disrupt other patrons. That’s to say if kids are even allowed in there.Wheelchair accessibility: You can get into the place with the wheelchair, but you have to go downstairs to get to the speakeasy. I don’t recall seeing an elevator, so call ahead.”

“It was 12:30 AM and This in n out was super packed! The drive and drive inside. The team did a great job at handling it being busy! Food came out great! But they got through it all! Thank you and always enjoy!I didn’t like hearing, assuming the manger (the shorter guy with the keys hanging on his hip) yelling cussing, and using foul language to his employees.I can’t reiterate enough what a great job the team did! They all got through it together.Special shout out to Dana I think her name was! She was killing it on fries, order hand out, and customer service! All done with a smile! Thank you always guys I’ll be back hopefully on a slower day lol…. When is that ever. ??”

“Service was excellent. I got tacos de Al pastor and they were delicious. The salsas are also good, red one if you want some real heat. Sat under a nice shaded tent even though it was very hot and sunny it made it pleasant. Right next to JC Penny and the bus stop. Was hard to find at first for us. When you turn into Eastridge go right. Delicious!”

“First time trying this location vs. Downtown and gave 5 stars for their sauce bottles they have if you dine in. They charge 35 cents for extra if you to-go so if you're saucey, highly recommend for you to dine in! Some of my favorites are guacamole, birria tacos (consomme so good), suadero (brisket beef) meat, and all of the fancy dishes other places may not have. The staff were also so friendly checking up on us numerous times and also digging their Halloween decor. Thank you, Cali Spartan!”

“The menu is sort of confusing because there is the original burrito (only the veg version comes with avocado, sour cream, and lettuce) and the regular burrito but no listing for a super burrito with all the fixins. They told me it wasn't on the menu but they sell it. In the end, I got the chimichanga which came with a great, refreshing green sauce. Also tried the ahogado. Now, I don't love wet burritos so I don't eat them often but a more experienced taster told me that it came with the good cheese. The tacos came with a good amount of meat. I didn't love the cabeza and the carne asada. I think the meats are a hit or miss for me.No free chips or salsa bar. I have never found parking except on the side streets every time I went.”

“I think a good Italian restaurant has been the hardest thing to find since moving to San Jose in 2016. The ones with nice ambiance and good food are too expensive (A Bellagio, 360) and the wife never wants to return to the affordable ones (Annie's, Luigi's). The one exception (which I won't name) is tiny, always has a wait, and closes early, which is why we threw the net out last night.By the way, there are also expensive ones with bad food, but I won't name it because I don't want to get any more unprofessional messages from Vin Santo. The ambiance is welcoming and casual, maybe too casual for me, but I'm used to the dark holes-in-the-wall that southern Californians can expect. I would prefer something less bright, but the takeout counter has backlit big screens and the walls have televisions playing sports-ball games. The owner is walking around talking to the many locals and regulars, sometimes talking at length in his pride of his water filtration system. To be honest, I thought for a moment I was being sold a water filter at a time share, but to friendly and knowledgeable owner George's credit, his excellent Diet Coke was crisp and his sample of coffee was smooth. I am no hydrology expert, but the water is like the tears of angels. The service was excellent before I move to food.I liked the menu options. Taking advantage of the bar-foodish appetizer selection, we got potato skins. I think it should be 6 (not 5) for $9 so it's easier for 2 or 3 to share. I liked them, but the wife found her pieces (sans bacon) to be bland. The wife got a garlic lover's pizza, with fresh spinach and tomato, and cheese from... well, I forget what George said... it was something like the cheese was from purebred, valedictorian, blue-eyed, virgin cows from Wisconsin with no cavities who attend night school with inherit and insatiable curiosity. We both thought it was fresh, but fine.I got the combo calzone, which was full of meat. It had little sauce, so I asked for some marinara on the side to dip the yummy dough pieces after pillaging the contents. I managed to save half for breakfast the next day. The marinara was delicious, and this is coming from a guy with a 100% Italian grandmother. George told me they make all the sauces, the ranch, etc. from scratch, and, I can't be sure, but these tomatoes were hormone-free and grown in oil-based kaolin clay pots and gently massaged daily by nuns with their leafs trimmed by hairstylist Chris McMillen, who created "the Rachel". If you want a super casual, welcoming place, full of locals and regulars, with great service and fresh food, letsa go.”

“The service and the atmosphere make this place robustly fun! The Cali pork belly taco is packed with flavors! The chicken street bowl was tangy and earthy. I asked the bartender to make a drink for me and I ended up getting something tasty and sweet. The colors and lighting create the kind od atmosphere that I enjoy. There are also amusement options like dart boards and pool tables.”

“Went here for the first time and really enjoyed my meal. I had the Santa Barbara Char and thought it was excellent. I had a side of onion rings that was also delicious. Pricing was reasonable and service was good.”

“This was such a cute coffee shop! I was staying in the area and the hotel that was only 2 doors down recommended this place. The gentleman was super friendly in helping with a recommendation that I’d never tried before but was soo yummy! The pastries looked great and although I went for a simple old fashion donut, even that was better than average!”

“Always great pizza, and nice people. Great selection of by-the-slice, the bacon chicken is the best, but you really can't go wrong.Cheesy bread is an amazing deal. Caesar salads are good too.Very kids friendly.”
Options
“This is not a joke. This is hands down the best ice cream in the world. Truly amazing, perfectly made and flavoured. Tastes exactly like you’re eating the juiciest and creamiest fruit in the world. Fresh and non-synthetic taste. Not too sweet and not too bland. The worker was kind enough to let us sample to our heart’s content. Be sure to try their Pandan or durian. Love how they let you choose two flavours!”

“We split four empanadas: the spinach & cheese, the Mediterranean, the chicken & mushrooms, and the traditional Peruvian. They were all great, but between two people, you'll wanna plan to order more. Would be nice if they offered some side dishes too, and apparently they don't have plates.”

“3 days ago I walked in and immediately knew this was THE SPOT! It smells so delicious when you walk in. The food is so amazing and everyone is very kind! I’ve been going everyday since and plan to be a regular here!”

“Really solid pizza. Get the jalapeños for some good spicy. They're fresh not pickled! Huge sizes! We got the second largest size "MM". 4 adults stuffed. The wings were rather small and the sauce was very sweet. Would order again but with a different sauce for the wings and wish they had blue cheese dressing as a dipping sauce option.”

“Nice little coffee shop to hang with friends or study during a gap period. The music always sets a nice vibe and the cushion chairs are very cozy. I'd recommend checking DoorDash pickup to gauge how long you need to wait because it's busy morning to afternoon. The baristas are very particular in crafting your drink so the cool time, sweetness level, and creaminess is always right. Staff are friendly and I think they leave the cap off at first so you can see if your drink is right. I usually see them put a cap on if someone's order has been out for minute. Prices are fair :)My favorite is the iced Tesora (light ice, brown sugar, light cream, sweet). With or without cream it's tasty and isn't too sweet even though I order the highest level. I think the consistency of the baristas and brown sugar contribute to the Tesora being such an enjoyable drink.”

“Amazing Banh Mi that offers both pick up and drive through service. The prices are low and the flavor is high just how I like it. The crispy pork appears to be the fan favorite, however there appears to be no bad option here as I watch people getting 5 or 6 at a time while I waited in line.”

“We were recommended to come here by some employees of the Trader Joes in Milpitas! We were so glad they did! This is some of the best coffee I've had in a while. My latte was made with much love! Both staff members were sooo friendly and kind, and the barista even took the time to talk to us about some sightseeing options since we're from out of state and looking for some good nature spots.”

“Puts any other pizza chain to shame. The cheese pulled ungodly long strings, the sausages were chunky and juicy, even the crust was crisp and delicious. Came with free parmesan and red peppers. This medium sized pizza with 4 toppings was around 20 bucks. Best pizza I've ever eaten. The pizza was made fresh and took only around 10 minutes to be ready. The guy hand delivers it to your table. Would recommend 100%!!”

“I saw this place on instagram, like many. I was drawn in by the aesthetic omakase stairs. I tried going a while back with my friend, and the line was sososo long, we waited like 30 mins, and then we finally got to sit (outside), and they were sold out of the omakase. Quite sad, but we got chirashi bowls, so it was fine. It's been a couple months later, so I decided to come back. EXPERIENCEWe didn't have to wait, and we were seated inside immediately. Their service is incredibly fast. We ordered and it felt like 5 minutes later our food came out. When the omakase arrived, the server went through what fish each piece was, so that was really nice. I still missed some, oopsie. FOOD1. Tai (snapper) - it was good and fine, kind of plain tasting. 2. Suzuki (sea bass) - didn't love this one, somehow it tasted like grease to me.3. Albacore - I liked this one, slightly oily.4. Shima Aji (stripped jack) - classic cut. Very clean tasting.5. Kisu (silver whiting) - this one was good, a good kind of fishy flavor, not just plain. 6. Akamutsu (rose seabass)?? - the truffle was a bit overpowering, but after it passes the fish was quite good.7. Hamachi Jalapeño - the jalapeño was not overwhelming. 8. Salmon Belly - this was the best bite!! Should've saved it for last. So fatty and delicious.9. Otoro with Uni - the uni was not too funky. Def a really good bite too. OVERVIEWIt is not overly fancy where you have to sit for hours and you cannot watch or interact with the chef. This was an efficient and good value meal. The fish was fresh, I don't think like fresh off the boat fresh, but still delicious. No mind-blowing creations or combinations. I think this is a good intro omakase meal, you get to try a bunch for not too much and it's not overly ceremonious. Would recommend for a chill and quick sushi filled night!”

“YUM! I phoned in for a takeout order and it was ready in 15 minutes. The food was packaged nicely and still hot when we got home. The gyoza were nice and crunchy and came with a delicious dipping sauce. The udon beef and chicken katsu with curry sauce were equally delicious. The portion sizes and quality of the ingredients were also very good. All the staff were super welcoming as well. Glad to find a quality restaurant close to home! Will be ordering here again!”

“We used to drive to New Pho Saigon in Milpitas because all the local south San Jose pho spots were just not good when it came to pho. I still highly recommend New Pho Saigon in Milpitas but I am so glad we tried Pho Teresa. We got the pork vermicelli bowl, fresh spring rolls, and a mixed pho bowl. Everything tasted great :) check out is at the register.”

“Food is delicious with more vegetarian options, although it’s mainly egg based dishes. We tried egg lasan tadka and surati egg gotala, which were both scrumptious and filling. Ambience could improve with more seating options and better air ventilation.Revisited this week again as we wanted to try the sizzler. We opted for paneer chilli sizzler. It was sweet and with only mild crunchiness in chinese bhel. The ambience could really improve. There was a distinct odor in the restaurant which made it difficult to sit.”

“Hidden gem in this neighborhood. Great Chinese food which is not oily and overly seasoned. Comforting but not heavy for stomach. We ordered Garlic Fried Chicken Wings, each wing is splitter in half and lightly battered, fish tofu, green been, chow mien, and spicy boiled beef. All of them taste good.”

“The drinks were really good but I wish portions for food were larger. Service was great and the server was attentive with recommendations on the menu. Was seated fairly quickly with a reservation.”

“Personally, I think Crumbl cookies are good, but not great. The cookies are super fun and pretty good, but I feel like there are other places you could go for delicious treats. The service here is always great. Order ahead or on their touch screens. Easy peasy. If technologies confuses you, one of the super friendly staff can help you out. Don't sleep on their cookie cutters! That and their incredibly Instagrammable stores are my favorite thing about visiting Crumbl. The inside is a pink explosion and I'm here for it.”

“This place is still in the soft opening stages but I seen it a few times when in the area. Went here today for lunch with my buddies. The service was amazing for a group of 6. I went with the garlic shrimp and let me tell you it tastes like it did in Hawaii. It was so good I might have to go back tomorrow. They give you a generous amount of food too. My friends couldn't even finish their meals. The beef was flavorful and tasted fresh. They have plenty of seating for groups. Don’t forget the stamp card for the free meal”

“I've ordered take-out from them a couple of times now, and I have been very satisfied.Pizza: 5/5 Delicious! I got a large Al Pastor and a medium pepperoni with stuffed crust. Both pizzas were loaded with toppings and flavor. I love that they use cupping pepperoni so it gets that crispy texture, my favorite! I also recommend getting the stuffed crust, it was oozing with cheese and their crust is perfectly toasted *chef's kiss* Pricing and portions are decent, a medium and large fed a hungry party of 4.Service: 5/5 Pizza was ready by the time they quoted it would be ready! I can't wait to go back and eat there next time to try their other items!”

“4.5/5. The parking here is awful, but we were lucky enough to snag a spot! I've been to the other locations before and enjoy their drinks a lot. There was a decent wait time for our drinks (10-15 mins) I do think that their sweetness scale is a bit off (at all locations) because even at 50%, the drinks are so sweet, I can't imagine what a full sweet drink is like. My favorite is the strawberry milk tea!”

“I'd choose this over Pizza Hut or any other pizza chains. The pizzas were loaded with toppings and the service was great. The time to make a large order wasn't long at all!”

“Wow, I just ran into this East African / Somali restaurant. It is not far from where I live but hidden in an out of the way area - you kind of need to know where to find it.It has a simple uncomplicated menu with a relatively small selection to choose from, and no specialty drinks to speak of. However, we got a Beef Suqaar and a Jubba Fish wrap. The spices used to cook the beef were excellent, I loved it ! The fish wrap was equally good, you can't go wrong with either. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would easily recommend this place for all you foodies out that, as well those who simply like good food.”

“My recent visit to Jackie's Place, a black-owned BBQ restaurant in San Jose, left me with mixed feelings. The atmosphere and service were undeniably praiseworthy, creating a welcoming and friendly environment. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a positive dining experience. However, my expectations were slightly tempered when it came to the brisket and ribs. I was anticipating succulent, juicy cuts, but unfortunately, they fell a bit short in that department. The texture was slightly drier than what I had hoped for, which impacted the overall enjoyment of these signature dishes.Despite this, it's important to highlight the positive aspects of Jackie's Place. The commitment to providing excellent service and fostering a comfortable atmosphere is evident, and I believe with a little tweak in the preparation of the meats, the culinary experience could reach its full potential. I would still recommend Jackie's Place for its warm ambiance and attentive service, with the hope that the kitchen can elevate the juiciness of their BBQ offerings.Parking: Small lot, more suitable for compact cars”

“So my husband and I decided to try Peter's bakery for ourselves to see what the hype was all about when it came to their burnt cakes. We ordered bothe the chocolate and marble burnt cake, each an individual slice (2 marble and 1 chocolate). We actually enjoyed both flavors. The cake was not overly sweet. Parking was not bad, the bakery has a limit of how many ppl are allowed inside at once, but this line goes pretty quickly.”
