“We had such a positive experience, and we especially want to recognize Scott, the manager. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely took the time to speak with me and listen to what we had to say. You can tell that he truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make people feel heard and valued. His kindness and professionalism really stood out to me. It’s refreshing to come across a manager who takes the time to personally connect with customers. Scott is a wonderful representation of what great customer service should look like! Will for sure come back to this location.“
“Ordering fajiatas for two seemed like a bad deal with the smaller portions I received. I'm more inclined towards a larger order with plenty of veggies. The seating arrangement, specifically designed for up to four people, might not be comfortable for families. Additionally, the atmosphere seemed pretty crowded and hectic, possibly due to the high volume of people and staff. I think the tablets on the tables could be a convenient feature for adding orders and providing servers with a visual confirmation without having to call for refills.“
“I absolutely love Chili’s! It’s my favourite restaurant 😂 and the Coleman one is the best. Best Diet Coke, best food, best service, and my husband and I can eat for under $35 total 🤯 Shout out to Vanessa the bartender, Rhianna our server, and Joey the manager! We see them all the time and they’re always greeting us with smiles.“
