I like to dine at Chilis semi-frequently. I expect servers to have basic etiquette when approaching a guest for the first time. Something so simple as saying hello and introducing yourself goes a long way.On two separate occasions here, two different servers failed to say hello. Our male waiter was rude and kept rushing us to order. There was 5 of us. I asked for well done fried chicken sandwich. Everything came luke warm, definitely not well done or extra crispy chicken. I told the waiter and he raised his voice to say it was done right. I handed him my plate and grabbed the plate from my hand and slammed it on the other table.
